Ready to retire for the evening? Choose from 4 separate climate control Air Conditioned rooms (quiet mini splits - not those loud window air conditioners :). with all new furniture and mattresses. Two Primary Bedrooms with King Beds (one with en suite bath), a bedroom with 2 twin beds and the 4th bedroom with a queen bed. All bedrooms with exception of twin room have Smart HDTV's
First Floor has master bedroom with en suite bath and 1/2 bath and laundry room, kitchen, living, dining room, screen porch and deck.
Second Floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bath
Looking for that extra space for a rainy day. Head to the lower level where you will find a ping pong table sitting area an 84" 3D TV with MANY movies to choose from.
Access to basement for bikes, kayaks, canoes, etc.

Linens are included FREE (sheets for all beds depending on amount of guests - one bath towel and face cloth per guest, hand towels and kitchen towels) Upon arrival, you will find all the linens nicely folded on each bed. Guests are asked to start laundry upon departure one in washer and one in dryer - no folding. - detergent is provided by owner for linens.
