The cottage was homely, clean and comfortable, with all facilities required for our short stay. I recieved a phone call regarding some property I had left behind, which will be sent on to me. Great service and an enjoyable stay.

Thank you Pauline for your lovely review. We are so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. Hope your property made it back to you safe. We hope to have you back again soon.
This property was just what we wanted. The only criticism was that the lounge chairs were uncomfortable. You couldn't sit up straight virtually had to lay down. The bar stools were only comfortable for a short amount of time. The shower took a bit of practice to get right. We loved the location so close to town but still very quiet. All the appliances were great. It had a really nice feel and the bed was comfy. Many thanks for the stay.
Nice clean cottage. Kitchen had good equipment but no salt, pepper, oil, foil, nothing. There was no information for the washer which didn’t work initially. It took some back and forth with phone and text to get it to work.
This is the last time I book a place operated by a property management company. Too rigid and sterile of an experience.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and I'm unsurprised with the rating. Doug arrived and was quite frustrated to discover he had booked a property without WiFi. The property is not listed with it but I do understand some people just assume all properties have this attribute. I do apologise about the initial lack of salt and pepper, although as soon we were contacted a cleaner was sent around first thing with replacements. As to the washing machine Doug called late Saturday night and was quite abrupt and rude on the phone and when I attempted to trouble shoot, told me I was interrupting his dinner. Unfortunately it's hard to trouble shoot without asking questions. As it turns out he had turned off the water and simply needed to turn it back on. I wish him all the best with his future travels,
