Hi Jeremy. Thanks for sharing your feedback. We're glad to hear the house was great for your large group.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, Jennifer. We’re glad to hear the house worked well for your dance convention trip. However, we’re sorry to learn about the issues you experienced with the back bedroom and side door. We take your concerns seriously, and we’ve addressed both the cracked floor in the back bedroom and the loose doorknob on the side door to ensure they are repaired and meet safety standards. We understand how important safety is, especially when traveling with a group, and we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. We value your feedback and are committed to maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our guests. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to host you again in the future.

Thank you for your feedback. We take guest concerns very seriously and were disappointed to hear that the property did not meet your expectations. After receiving your call, our team promptly requested photos and videos so we could better understand the concerns raised. While we understand you chose not to remain at the property, we did not identify any immediate health or safety hazards that would have rendered the home uninhabitable. The home is professionally cleaned and inspected between stays, and we have since revisited the property to address the issues noted. We also recognize that personal expectations and comfort levels can vary, particularly with older homes that may experience weather-related wear between maintenance visits. That said, we are continually working to improve the guest experience and appreciate all constructive feedback. We regret that we were unable to reach a resolution that met your expectations and are sorry your trip did not go as planned.

Hi Jeff. I am extremely saddened to hear of your experience in our home. I am glad we were able to come to a resolution and refund you the cleaning fee. My dearest apologies that the home was in this shape when you arrived. We strive to have our homes cleaned to exceed company standards. Since your reservation, we have had the professional cleaner come back out and inspect/deep clean the property, so this will not be a problem for future guests. I can assure you the home & neighborhood are safe, but it may not be for everyone. We hope to get the opportunity to host you again in the future and show you a 5-star experience. We look forward to hosting future stays that meet expectations.

Charlotte, thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. It was an uncommon instance and we’ll do better in the future.

Watford, I do agree, the home is beautiful! As for the neighborhood, we have never had any safety issues reported to us nor have we had to report any safety concerns. I appreciate your feedback on the bathrooms. I always want to make my guests feel like they are getting a 5 star experience and take any and all feedback seriously. I hope to host you again soon!

Hi Deborah. Thanks so much for the feedback - Im so glad you enjoyed your stay. We are always looking for ways to improve our future and returning guests experience with us and we'll do whatever we can to improve the accoutrements and address the floor with our cleaners. You were a great guest - come see us again soon!
