Centrally located, sparkling clean and newly remodeled townhouses w/ bike storage and lots of parking. Enjoy relaxing on 4 patios w/ access to one private hot tub. Next to Iconic Graff Dairy ice cream parlor.. Walking distance to Safeway, Starbucks, and liquor store. Short drive to CMU, downtown and the mall. Free Laundry onsite.
PETS ARE ALLOWED WITH A $20/NIGHT PET FEE.

Pets welcome with an additional $20/night pet fee. Instructions on how to pay the pet fee will be in your inbox and welcome letter.

WE DO NOT RENT TO LOCALS DUE TO ISSUE WITH LOCALS RENTING TO PARTY. If you are local and renting for out of town family please let us know. If you instant book and are a local, your reservation will be cancelled.

These townhomes were the perfect space for what we needed during our trip. The host was very responsive and the beds were very comfortable. These two things alone warrant the five star rating, but the whole enchilada really was the whole enchilada. It had everything we needed!

Great place for our large group!

We had a group which included senior citizens through infants. Everyone thought this property was great! Close to groceries and ice cream! Perfect set-up for our group.

Perfect for our group

Nicely appointed, but not too fancy. Perfect for a diverse group that may need their own space. Excellent water pressure! My only suggestion would be an arbor or gazebo in the yard area to provide some relief from the Colorado sun while enjoying the outdoor space.

Family Togetherness and Fun

We were very happy with how clean everything was. The decor was simple, but intriguing. Not cluttered. The bedrooms where very comfortable. The hot tub was perfect! We do one family trip each year and there are always complaints, but everyone was happy and settled in. We came when it had been raining and it would of been nice to have had some hooks through out the unit to hang wet jackets and towels on. Also it would of been nice to have an option for the kids to be able to run back and forth between the units in the back by the patios and onto the lawn area instead of in and out of the units and in the front parking area. Loved the lawn area and how it was fenced in to help keep the kids together and safe! We played a lot of lawn games and gathered in the lawn area. It was shady and pleasant. Over all it was pretty perfect and you can tell that effort has been put into it to make it a nice, clean comfortable stay and we enjoyed it. We may come again....Thank you. All of the property manager that we spoke with were helpful and kind.

Just as it should be.

Everyone had a bed! Great location for getting where we needed to go. Off street parking was more than adequate for all of our vehicles. Owners were always available at any time for any questions.
