Hello Marco Island! Comfy Condo at Anglers Cove with a min 7-night stay
Anglers Cove is a Marco Island community located on the Marco River, the waterway to the Gulf of Mexico that surrounds the Island.
Our condo offers a newly renovated kitchen and 2 baths, amenities, comfy furnishings, and a nice place to escape and relax. This is a 2-level condo. A kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living room, and interior patio on the 2nd floor and a bonus cabana on the street level connected by an interior spiral staircase.
The cabana level is a great space to enter after days at the pool, beach, water activities, golf, or any other fun adventure. A pedestrian door is located in the carport to enter directly. 2nd bathroom is located in the cabana.
Anglers Cove offers pools, spas, tennis courts, and the very popular Dolphin Tiki Bar & Grill. Many visitors choose to stay at Anglers Cove for the walkability to downtown and to many eateries, shops, and rental/activity businesses in all directions. Public access spots to popular Marco Island beaches are only a quick drive or bike ride from Anglers Cove. Plan to visit smaller islands for the day to enjoy some sun and fun by chartering a boat or schedule water activities at Rose Marina which is within walking distance from the condo!

Yvonne started with a hotel management career at Marriott's Marco Island Resort on Marco Island, FL after graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. She joined Marriott in 1988 as a front desk manager and then crossed over to the financial discipline. Marriott transferred Yvonne across the nation from FL to CA in 1993 as one of the Directors in Finance. While in CA, she worked her way up to high-ranking executive positions, responsible for all aspects of hotel management, sales, marketing, revenue management, budgeting & planning, distribution, spa, health-fitness, consumer insights, innovation, and information technology. Yvonne's knack for technology and trends drove her passion for streamlining and developing processes as she climbed the ladder.
After raising her boys, Yvonne decided to go back into the workforce and into real estate. With over 20 years of professional experience in all facets of the management and service industry, real estate was the perfect fit. Yvonne and her husband purchased their first investment property in 2002 and have since grown to a total of 26 buy-and-hold rentals in 3 different states which they self-manage. Their main objectives are to manage properties efficiently and provide guests with quality experiences.
