Full reno throughout in this beautiful 2 bed 1 bath condo that overlooks Factory Bay from your own private screened-in balcony. Condo features stainless appliances, granite counters, king bed in the master bedroom, 2 XL twin beds in 2nd bedroom, multiple flat screen tvs. Queen sleeper sofa located in the living room too. Popular on-site Dolphin Tiki!!

On-site boat slip rental optional here at Angler's Cove on Factory Bay. Great inshore and offshore fishing, including the famous 10,000 Islands. On-site Dolphin Tiki Bar, beautiful pool and tennis court. Rose Marina is located just next door featuring boat rentals, fuel, ship store and multiple fishing charters.

Anglers Cove consists of 12 buildings with 320 one & two bedroom condominium units. Lush tropical grounds with amenities that include two swimming pools, three whirlpools, two tennis courts, a waterside bar and grill, as well as boat docks for rent(subject to availability).

***Resort Management requires all guests to complete an online application prior to arrival. Any fees associated with application are the responsibility of the guest (amount subject to change)

Perfect stay for a week long girls trip!

Me and my two best friends stayed at this property for a week during our spring break. We aboslutely LOVED our experience. The condo was extremely clean and provided everything we needed. We especially enjoyed having the Dolphin Tiki right downstairs. While it is a ways from the beach, we enjoyed our beautiful morning walks there everyday.

Spring Break '24

We were able to stay at this beautiful condo for our spring break and had a wonderful time! The condo is newly renovated and they did a beautiful job. The bedding was all very comfortable and the condo had everything we needed . We liked being able to walk down to Dolphin Tiki for dinner a few nights as well . Highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in Marco !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Unit 405 at Angler's Cove. The unit was spotless, clean, and the unit is remodeled. There is a great view of the Tiki bar and the Marina. The stay in this particular unit was one of the best parts of our vacation considering we had a colder and cloudy week.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful, clean condo. Comfortable patio furniture with a relaxing marina atmosphere. Ample parking, quick elevator to the 4th floor. Kitchen had everything we needed. Quick access to Collier, the main road to the beaches in Marco. Could have done without the scented plugin that was way too overwhelming. We unplugged it when we got there and the scent still was in the air all week. Not good if sensitive to smells or have lung issues.

Perfect Place to stay on Marco Island

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was by far the most relaxing vacation ever. Place looked great, electric blinds, clean and easy to keep clean, gorgeous screened balcony to look at all the boats. Waking up every morning, having my coffee at the tiki hut watching the boats in the harbor, Tennis players on the courts. You can't beat it for starting of the day. Then a couple of blocks, get more coffee and empanada's at the bakery. Mac and cheese empanada's are a winner with the kids and grandkids. Then back to get everybody ready, day beaching, then dinner at the numerous restaurants on the island. Try Snooks inn, good food and just a few blocks from home. Then back to the house, kids and grandkids in the pool, grandad stops at the Dolphin Tiki Hut bar for a nightcap. Also, we recommend trying the Princess dinner cruise, Prime rib and tool around the bays. Yep, right on the other side of the rental community.
