Now this is a great Frisco condo: Beautiful updates. Just off the bike path and close to National Forest trails. Full access to the Mountainside Club House’s indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, racquetball court and outdoor tennis court. And Frisco’s central location makes it a great choice in the winter and summer. You should give this place a serious look; you and your group will be glad you did!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is a fantastic choice for families and groups of up to eight. The living area features a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player and a balcony with a gas grill. There’s a full, nicely updated kitchen with all the gear you’ll need to keep the gang fed and happy, with seating for four at the dining table and four more at the counter.

You’ll enjoy an underground parking space (with extra parking outside) and complimentary Wi-Fi in the condo. You’ll also love the views of Frisco’s iconic Mount Royal! Perfect jumping off point for all the mountains for a ski vacation.In the kitchen, just make sure you bring all condiments, pepper, salt, they didn't provide this or have anything leftover from previous guests. Location is good for skiing and hiking and amenities were gvery useful such as a sauna, multiple hot tubes, and a pool. Unfortunately we ran into numerous issues. If you plan to stay for longer than a couple days I would recommend bringing your own hand soap for the sinks and body soap for the showers as this was not provided by the host. We also experience a ceiling tile and multiple wooden planks fall from the bathroom ceiling and almost hit one of the guests as he exited the shower. I will include photos to this messagefor reference. All I can say is this could have caused significant harm if one of the nails attached to the wooden plank made contact. If you do stay here, pleae ensure the ceiling tiles are properly attached before using the bathrooms.

The communication and responsiveness from Summit Mountain Rentals was excellent, and we would definitely rent from this company again. The only small drawback for us was that there were zero kitchen basics provided (salt, pepper, sugar packets, coffee filters, etc.) - which wouldn't be a big drawback if you were driving and could bring basics, but having to buy coffee filters and S&P etc to cook anything was a bit frustrating. Overall, 5 stars for this very nice place.

We loved that it was an easy drive to several different ski locations. The condo was very comfortable for hanging out when we weren’t skiing. We especially enjoyed the hot tubs/sauna/steam room after a day on the slopes.

This is a perfect option for families and groups of friends to stay at. I stayed with my best friends and workmates for a ski trip and it was great. This place is close to the main town of Frisco, has all the amenities, is well furnished and has a very nice cozy feel to it. The reservation and check-in process is also very smooth and straightforward. Highly recommend and will definitely consider staying there again.

Everything was great at the place really easy to find in a nice little neighborhood beautiful Creek behind running through it and when we needed some towels, they brought them right over so I would definitely stay here again and recommend the place. The hot tub was amazing or I should say hot tubs and very relaxing in a mountain atmosphere, we even saw moose at the bottom of the stairs one day

Lovely condo

Loved the deck and the sound of the hummingbirds and mountain stream in the distance. Huge hot tubs and sauna were a bonus. Host was very responsive. Would stay again for sure.
