What a great home and a beautiful beach nearby!

We really enjoyed our stay! The kitchen was well equipped and spacious, which was great for our family of 7 adults to enjoy prepping and eating together for many meals. The living room and porches were big and comfortable. The view over the lagoon was excellent for watching the herons coming in each evening and leaving at daybreak each morning. The gators in the lagoon were fun to see ... from a safe distance of our porch! All of the bedrooms had comfortable beds. The loft bedroom has a spiral staircase for access, and it has its own bathroom too. Thankfully, our son found it easy enough to access. The beach access is just across the street from this home, and we enjoyed playing four-square, ladder-ball, corn hole, and tossing a football on the beach. What a beautiful private-access beach with lots of space. Enjoyed the golf cart, but we didn't use it much as the beach access was so close by. We rode down to the pool area to see the view at sunset a couple of times. Love the Beaufort area! Lots of great seafood and local restaurants nearby. The Publix on the island is about 15 minutes away, but they even had InstaCart delivery available out to the house. So easy! This is a beautiful, private neighborhood. We were there between Christmas and New Year's Day and had a warmer-than-normal week. We enjoyed family time in a lovely, comfortable, and fully furnished home. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
