It was a great house for my family to celebrate my parents 50th. There activities and the beach. There was a neighbor burning and taking pictures of us which was unfortunate.

We loved our stay at this Warrenton house! It's huge, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and the funky, fun layout made exploring the house part of the adventure. It worked great for our whole crew, young kids and adults alike. The big kitchen table was perfect for family meals and games, and the master suite was enormous, with a jacuzzi tub that was a real treat after a day out. The house was spotless when we arrived. The location is hard to beat: a short walk to a beautiful beach, and an easy drive to all the fun in Seaside. The host was also very helpful and understanding. I had overlooked the no-pet policy when booking, and they were kind and sympathetic about it even though it couldn't be accommodated. We'd happily come back!

Rye was very good at communicating with us and allowed an early check in and an hour late check out (which we ended up not needing).

Great place for a Family Reunion!

Plenty of space to spread out and the large table was nice to eat meals together. A bit tight moving around in the kitchen but overall a great property.

Great getaway

The layout was a little odd but overall it was a great place to stay. We came to celebrate my 40th birthday and had a great time. The game room was great for the kids, close to the beach for some kite flying, and a nice fire pit for s’more making.

2024 First Annual Cousin Trip

Excellent location for hanging out and catching up with cousins you have seen in years. Private beach access and fires on the beach we're amazing. Game room and grilling were a great addition. Furniture and beds a bit dated, but , but you can't beat the location.

Great Family Get-Together

Fantastic place to have extended family, from all-reaches, congregate and enjoy a wonderful weekend. Enough room to spread-out and cool places (game room, TV room, kitchen, backyard, beach) to enjoy each other. Extremely well-appointed.

Reunion retreat

The property was a fun and spacious home for five families to have a beach vacation reunion. Lots of places to hang out and spread out. Kitchen was large and well stocked. Neighborhood that the property is in was very nice as well and was fun to go for walks. There’s even a swing set in tue neighborhood which the kids loved. Check in and check out processes were very easy, and the property manager was very responsive.

Great large family vacation

The property was exactly as represented, clean and in wonderful condition. The kitchen had everything you need to cook and or bake. The large dining space was wonderful, allowing us to enjoy all our meals together. Plenty of activities for indoor fun when too wet outside to play. The host is great to work with. Totally recommend!

Beautiful Views

Even though we could not see the ocean, the view of the sand dunes behind the house was so pretty. In addition, we all loved watching the wildlife through the picture windows.
