My townhouse is a mid-century gem with modern updates. Recently remodeled the space offers over 1400sq feet of living space on two floors. When you first walk in you will enter the main hall with stairs to the right that take you upstairs to the three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

The bedrooms boast new memory foam mattresses with hypo allergenic mattress pads as well as pillow covers. Linens are provided for each bed as well as additional comforters should you need them.

The master bath has a large stand up stall shower, and the upstairs hall bathroom has a full tub with shower. Ample towels are provided for you as well.
Downstairs off the main hallway there is an additional half bath.

The dining room has a large danish modern table with 6 chairs and an additional bench for your group to enjoy. Dining room has large closet full of games and toys for your little ones, as well as two types of high chairs and a step stool.

The dining room leads you into the spacious galley kitchen that has been newly updated with butcher block counter tops, subway tile backs splash and new appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with enough dishes to serve 8 and also has plenty of pots, pans, bake ware, utensils, knives, cutting boards, mixing bowls, storage containers, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster oven, and more!

Through the kitchen and at the end of the main hall is the spacious living room with white washed flooring, plush sofas and a pull out king size trundle with memory foam mattresses perfect for extra guests. There is a large screen TV with over 200 channels as well as a DVD player and high speed wireless internet.

Off of the living room is the screened in back porch adorned with string lights as well as a picnic table and lounge chairs great for having dinner and playing games!

There is a utility closet outside and this is where the washer and dryer are located. You will have access to this closet during your stay if you wish to do laundry.

In the summer enjoy access to our gated community pool and enjoy access to the Atlantic & Yadkin Greenway year round, just steps away from our front door.
