My favorite place to stay in Missouri

I found this place a year ago and was so happy with the location I had to return this year. The patio was our favorite area to have coffee and enjoy the scenery. This rental had everything we needed to be comfortable, and I'm excited to book this rental again next year.

Great for what we needed it for. The place is incredibly clean and had everything we needed. The people above us were a little heavy footed, but otherwise it was great.

Regatta Bay 1B

Pleasantly peaceful stay located near the woods. Was able to see deer everyday come from woods to lake for a drink before resting just a few yards from our door. Loved the screened in deck. Had everything we could have asked for or needed.

Relaxation, peaceful

Great getaway, beautiful view, very peaceful,relaxing vacation. My husband took me for my birthday. We had a wonderful time. Only bad part was the bed was very uncomfortable. Everything else was wonderful. We would go again.

Private relaxing retreat

Condo is situated on corner of the building with views of lake and cove to one side, woodland to the other. Private, peaceful and relaxing with floor to ceiling windows. It’s also has a large screened in patio. The place was spotless and had a well appointed kitchen, pantry and bath. Perfect for a quiet getaway for one or a couple. Would love to return to this property!!!!

Outstanding

The condo was super clean and comfortable. The screened-in deck was a great place to relax with a nice view. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals. Very roomy living room. The marine shop to park the trailer was great and easy to work with and right down the road of the nice launch ramp. I’d definitely come back.

Lovely Condo

Great condo by the water! Very quiet and clean. My husband and I had a very relaxing stay. Enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch and watching the wildlife. Condo is well equipped and had everything we needed. There are two sets of stairs down to the condo, so if you have mobility issues it may not be for you. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great View/Dated interior

Great view from this property. One of the best I've had on the lake, cove was quiet and beautiful. Condo was clean we could tell from the prestine cream carpet. Which brings the only two issues "old" smell, plus condo looked like it hasn't been updated since the 90s. Still perfect for a couple looking to relax away for a weekend.

Great Condo-Quiet

Condo is nice. They have screened in the deck so you can enjoy sitting outside watching the lake and listening to the birds. This condo is on the end and has woods beside it. Provides privacy, shade and quiet retreat. Has everything you need. Owner is great and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again. I did not use the boat slip this time but is is great they have one that goes with your condo. Bed is comfortable and they have everything from bath towels etc to a nicely stocked kitchen. Great stay! Thanks

Good - Some maintenance issues

Overall, the property was up to our expectations in terms of the lake views, lovely screen porch, quality of the furnishings, kitchen facilities and supplied linens. There were two maintenance issues - the ice maker in the fridge did not work and the blinds in the master bedroom could not be lowered. We enjoyed our time in the region and would highly recommend Ha Ha Tonka State Park and a visit to the castle ruins.

We wish you had contacted us during your stay about the 2 maintenance issues as we would have loved the opportunity to resolve all issues immediately. When you contacted us after you left the home, we immediately inspected the ice maker and noticed it was turned off. Instructions for the ice maker are in the welcome book. - The blinds in the home are working perfectly. They can be a little tricky and you could have been operating them backward. We could have assisted you with this if we had been notified. We go above and beyond for our guests and we are confident future guests will have excellent stays!

Lots of Potential...

One-bedrooms are tough to find at the lake and this condo has lots of positive factors: location; screened-in deck; responsive, friendly, polite, customer-focused manager/owner. My husband and I had a great little getaway and really enjoyed our time. Now for the potential - it really needs updating and modernizing. The carpet really needs to go, the fixtures need updating - a total facelift would really help. Freshen it up a bit. Again, the interior was okay (dated) - the screened-in deck outstanding - the manager/owner terrific.

Nice clean place!

Condo was clean and perfect for two people. Added bonus of having a boat slip. Only caution is that the complex has lots of steps.
