We had a wonderful stay at Wild Dunes (Seagrove Villa 6D). We were just a few minute walk to the beach - which we enjoyed every day. The condo we stayed in was lovely, well equipped, freshly renovated and clean - and had everything we needed for our vacation. The host/leasing agents were incredibly helpful and responsive. They answered all our questions quickly, gave us great suggestions for things in the area. And we’re very flexible and helpful with our travel plans and timing. We would highly recommend this spot - and hope to visit it again soon!

The apartment was very nice, fabulous design, clean and had all the equipment for an amazing stay. Great communication with the host as well. We definitely recommend this vacation rental, and would love to be back soon.

Very cute and comfortable condo. We enjoyed our stay very much. Unfortunately the beach was undergoing construction from erosion and I wish something had been mentioned to us before arrival. The constant sound of the construction vehicles was jarring. And I understand that erosion is cyclical but it would have been nice to be informed of the beach work being done. The unit is very spacious and well appointed. And it is in a fantastic location. It was very clean and linens and bedding were very nice. The pool is lovely. It does require going up many stairs so if you have bad knees that is a consideration. We did have a fly problem but the management company took care of it. Overall an excellent condo.

Perfect Getaway

We stayed here to do some touring around the area. The condo was just as described. We loved the location and the ease of getting in/out. Beds were comfortable. Just a perfect place to stay. Would love to stay here next time we come to the area.

Very nice stay!

The property was just as listed - very clean and spacious. We were so close to the beach and to the pool it was wonderful with two young kids. We had issues with the air conditioner the first night but the property manager took care of it quickly. We had a wonderful time in IOP!

Perfect beach condo!

We loved staying here. Impeccably clean, well kept condo with the perfect location. Steps away from the beach and in the quiet Wild Dunes community makes this ideal for a stay on IOP. We appreciated all the small touches of the Aveda welcome toiletries and plenty of towels. A bathroom for each bedroom was a plus as well. We highly recommend staying here.

We had such a great time. This property is fantastic. It is in a great location just steps from the beach and the pool. It is newly renovated and was so comfortable and clean. It is well stocked with everything you may need. I highly recommend and will be booking again.

Great condo - very close to the beach and pool

This condo is super clean and in very close proximity to the beach and pool. The property manager was very responsive when we contacted them about something small we had a question about. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, updated rental within walking distance of any activity in Wild Dunes.

Beautiful!

The place was beautifully decorated! Great stay with my family. The loft was nice for my oldest to have her own bathroom. Plenty of closet space & plenty of towels. Close to the beach. We enjoyed renting bikes and riding around the community.

6D Seagrove, was just amazing, nice & secluded .A very short walk to the pool & beach . The property was well maintained ,very clean and up-to-date. It had all the amenities that you would need for a vacation . I would highly recommend it

Clean comfortable condo

Beautiful resort. Condo was well maintained. Check in process was easy. Each bedroom has its own attached bath which was very convenient. The only thing to be mindful of is the stairs, since the condo is not on the ground floor and there is no elevator.

Great beach rental

This was a wonderful place to stay for a visit to Wild Dunes. It's a perfect location. Easy, private access to beach. Private neighborhood, but right next door to Boardwalk Inn and Wild Dunes resort so access to restaurants and amenities there. Owners easy to communicate with. Pictures are accurate. Nice layout of the condo for large family. Would return here and highly recommend it!

Great stay!

This is a newly renovated condo in a great location very close to the pool and beach. It is really cute and has lots of sleeping space on two floors. The decor is perfect for a beach setting and we felt right at home. We were a family of 5 and the main living and dining areas accommodated us nicely but would be a bit tight with a larger party. A coffee table and side tables in the living room area would make the unit more functional for games, puzzles and to set your drink on. Overall, very nice stay!!

Summer vacation

Everything about this trip was great. Condo was fabulous. Property manager responded immediately when a bedroom tv quit working. Only reason we gave the location 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is on a busy section of the beach (near the boardwalk condos and hotels). We recommend reserving chairs/umbrella to claim your spot on the beach. Wonderful vacation home!

Occupied condo

The condo was furnished comfortably to fit my family. I didn't like that there wasn't a dresser to be able to unpack my luggage. There was a closet, hooks and rough square baskets. Dishes are exposed to dust and roaches on open shelves. Yes, an exterminator came to spray (around our belongings) for the roaches that we saw everyday, even after the exterminator left. There are 26 steps from the ground up to this condo. An elevator is desperately needed! I reminded my family to seal their luggage every time so that we wouldn't take any roaches home.

Linda’s message to us during her stay was the first report of palmetto bugs in this unit. As we also told Linda the owner stayed the week before this guest and did not see any, nor did the two guests following her stay – nor has anyone else ever before or after. This unit is sprayed regularly for pest control as a preventative measure as we take cleanliness and maintenance items very seriously!! During Linda’s stay she notified us of a palmetto bug sighting. We had the exterminator out the next day to spray the unit. After she departed, she let us know that she had another pest sighting and the unit needed to be sprayed again. We immediately reached back out to the exterminator who let us know she hadn’t allowed him to spray in half of the unit while she was there, so we had him go back that very day and spray again – throughout the entire unit. During Linda’s stay she requested that we purchase her a dish drying rack and washcloths for her dishes. When we delivered the items, we noticed large quantities of food that had been left on the counter and dining room table – so either that or perhaps her family members that were from three different parts of the country had brought some in with them, are the only things we could think attributed to her sightings. Either way, after she departed and notified us again of the additional sighting, we had the exterminator back out to spray heavily to ensure her issues were addressed so no one else would have the same situation. We take cleanliness and maintenance of the properties we manage very seriously including pest control and work to ensure every guest stay is the best possible experience. As the other reviewers have indicated this is a very nice, completely updated, clean unit with an amazing location!
