About this property

Entire downstairs floor of house , this apartment, with it's own separate entrance, is light and bright and very close to the beach.

Recently refurbished with open plan living dining area, with large windows looking down to beach. Modern, tasteful furnishings with whitewashed wooden flooring throughout.

Two good sized bedrooms, both with queensize beds and modern furnishings.

Refurbished older style bathroom, fitted with front loading washing machine.

Very new kitchen offers all mod cons including dishwasher, microwave and double door fridge.

Both bedrooms and living room have lovely views to the beach, ocean and the Bouddi headland. Private outdoor dining area looks straight down to beach.

Beautiful Macmasters Beach is just a few minutes walk away from the house .The area is surrounded by the Bouddi National Park, with its stunning secluded beaches, as well as spectacular coastal and bush walks.

Just 1hour 30 minutes drive from Sydney, Macmasters Beach is an excellent swimming and surfing beach, with tidal pool, kiosk (open daily) and picnic areas with BBQ facilities at the southern end. Surf Club dining room and bar opens on Friday and Sunday evenings.
. Copacabana beach is a short 10-15 minute walk along the sand where you will find shops ,cafes and restaurants.
The Kincumber Village Shopping Centre, including Coles, an excellent butcher, bottle shop and takeaway food outlets is a 10 minute drive. Cinemas, restaurants, shops and ice rink can all be found at Erina Fair complex a 20 minute drive away.

A lovely stay

The property was exactly as described. Our family of four had a wonderful long weekend. It is only a short walk to the beach and the view from the lounge room and each bedroom is awesome. We hope to return.

Two night stay

Margie’s communication was attentive and the house was great. What a view! My wife had a lovely chat with Margie on her way out one day. We felt most welcomed. Would definitely stay here again.

Beachside Bliss

Relaxing, peaceful space for the family to connect and enjoy the indoor space w/ ocean views, sunshine and coast life for a few days. Thanks Margie for making us feel so welcome and providing everything we needed and more (kids loved the beach toys and UNO). Great location with easy access to the beach, Bouddi Park coastal walk and local SLSC with Fri live music, waterfront food/drinks and Mon yoga classes on offer too were icing on the cake!

Cosy beach getaway

We loved our stay at Margie's - it was excellently equipped and warm and cosy for a winter beach getaway. The property is a short walk from the beach and the national park and has fabulous views towards the Macmasters headland. We will be back!
