This property was beautiful inside and out. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We found everything we could need in the kitchen. Communication with the host was amazing; very responsive and helpful. Our family would definitely come back again.

Beautiful!

This house was the perfect fit for our big group at Rockaway Beach — plenty of space for everyone to spread out and still gather together comfortably. We had an awesome stay and would happily book again!

Awesome place for four families and pets. Lots of room for the kids to romp and play away from the adult conversations. The kitchen was very well equipped, with two dishwashers, so feeding a crowd was easy. The hosts are very responsive, and the beach is right there. For less flexible folks, an easier stairway access is four houses away.

Exceptional Property!

Our family just finished up a wonderful week at The Sandmark. We had a variety of ages (1-85), and all of us had an amazing experience. The beds are very comfortable, the house furnishings are beautiful and clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for our crew, and there was plenty of room to spread out. We give this property 10 stars out of 5!

This experience was like a dream. Our family got together for the first time in a number of years and everyone in the family was wowed by the facility. Everyone fell in love with it and settled right in. We used it as a home base to travel to other areas close along the coast. We hiked, we walked by the sea, we ate fun food at different restaurants, and we walked in the trees. The whole setting of the place made this a dream come true. Our family would go back in a minute We loved it so much. Thanks for a great day.

Wow! What an amazing house! The view/location is breathtaking. Comfy beds, great spaces. This is the first kitchen that actually had all the things we needed! I would 100% stay here again!

The house and views were beautiful. The main kitchen had everything including two dishwashers and four trash cans. There was a second refrigerator upstairs in the game room. Our biggest problem was internet and we felt patronized each time we complained. We had no TV and statuses was internet connected without WIFI. Finally on the 5th day, the Regional Manager came to the house and interacted with Spectrum and identified the problem and fixed it. This was a problem but I suspect it won't happen again (over 45 accounts were active in the house system). I suspect this will not be an issue for future renters and I would still give the house a 5. The only other mention is that beach access is difficult for seniors or those with balance issues as it is down several rocks (estimate 15) and no railing.

The views were the best! Loved the fire pit area, lots of seating and gorgeous setting. There was plenty of room for our large group. Super clean and well kept. Looks like the pictures. The only downside was that we had some trouble with keeping the gas burners lit on the large gas stove. Also, we ran out of toilet paper. Would be useful to have some foil and syran wrap.

There are very few high end vacation homes with 4 primary suites on the Oregon coast that are beach front…..this is one of the finest.While our family group likes to stay at different homes for our trips to the coast, we will likely be returning to this home on a future visit.Thank you for making it available!

This house is amazing for a large group. The views are stunning. The two levels ensure space for all. Loved that each bedroom had its own bath. The seating is well appointed. The hot tub was a huge hit! Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a large group

We stayed for a long weekend for a girls trip and it was great. Lots of beds, bathrooms, large couch and table to accommodate a large crowd.
