1 Bedroom 1 Bath Condo with pull-out couch. Located directly right on the beach with the pool just outside your door. The condo has everything you need to cook. Fridge, Microwave, Stove, Oven, Coffee Maker. The kitchen is stocked with wine glasses, dishes, pots, Pans. We provide all bed linens, towels, etc. The couch is a full sleeper. Many restaurants, stores close by. The Alligator Farm is 10 Mins away, Historic Downtown is 12 Minutes away. Orlando is 1 hr 30 mins away

This place was awesome and the location was great. Having access to the pool and the beach was beneficial. The host Todd was great at communicating with you and making sure you had everything you needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for beach and pool lovers. My husband enjoyed daily swims in the pool which is literally right out the door, while I walked the beautiful beach several times a day. Close to several great restaurants and a yummy ice cream shop just across the road. I highly recommend this condo for your next beach get away.

This is a gem of a location! Pool front unit, walk to beach is so convenient. Love the sleepy area and the Old florida vibes from this rental property! Our small dog loved to sit on the patio in the afternoon and was able to watch us dip in the pool! Host communication was top notch!

Very nice property. Sliding door opens right up to the pool and just a few steps to the beach. Master bed wasn't very comfortable, but over we enjoyed our stay.

An amazing rental! The spot was amazing, directly in front of the pool with a locking patio, and access to our boardwalk right to the beach. The rental itself was very comfortable and clean, had extra bedding and cooking supplies so it was the perfect little weekend getaway with our two little ones. The host was very responsive and helpful. I absolutely recommend this host and rental!

It's quiet, comfortable, economical -- perfect for our needs. Excellent unit location, easy access to pool and the beach. This is our second visit, will book again for another. My dog recognized coming back to this unit and he loves resting on the fenced patio area after a romp on the beach. Grilled out on side patio with other guests and found they owned a vacation unit there -- shrimp, steak, wine and a darn good time. And the groomer across the street! Priceless!

The stay was exactly what we where looking for. We went into St. Augustine for a day and were pleasantly surpised. Then did 2 relaxing days on the beach outside our door. The pool was was warm and refreshing also. I would stay there again.
