This family friendly condo is located on the beautiful white sands of St Augustine beach (Crescent Beach). The condo complex is directly on the beach front. The condo is very large at 870 square feet. As the unit is ground floor with easy access to your vehicle there is NO ocean view from inside the unit. An ocean view can be seen a short distance out the rear sliding glass door across the pool deck. A private boardwalk over the protected sand dunes from the pool area leads to the beach.

The unit has a large kitchen with full size appliances including a side by side refrigerator, stove with oven and dishwasher. All cookware and dishes are provided.

The condo is a one bedroom, one bath unit located on the ground floor with a king size bed. A queen size sofa bed is located in the living room. Sheets, towels are provided.

The unit was recently updated with brand new quartz seashell countertops in the kitchen. The bathroom was taken down to the studs, retiled, new toilet, lighting and vanity. The entire unit was repainted and the furnishings were replaced.
