Welcome to the Roaming Bear Lodge in Snowpines at Big White Ski Resort. Enjoy the gorgeous views of the Monashee Mountains from 25-foot floor-to-ceiling windows, or from the deck and 7-person hot-tub. After a long day on the slopes, cook a meal in the spacious kitchen, curl up on the comfy couch in front of a fire, or enjoy a game of foosball, before taking a dip in the private hot tub. Family and pet friendly.

This chalet has 3 large bedrooms and a den and has three floors.

The first floor has a bedroom with a double over double bunk bed (sleeps 4) and a twin over twin bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a full bathroom. There is a rec room on this floor as well, flat-screen TV, blu-ray player and Xbox. There are laundry facilities here as well. The door from the rec room opens out to your private hot tub with a view of the gorgeous Monashee Mountains.

The second floor opens up to a great room which includes a kitchen, dining room and living room. There is also a half bathroom on this floor.

The third floor has the master bedroom and full bathroom en-suite which is on its own private floor (sleeps 2). There is another bedroom on this floor with a double over double (sleeps 4) and a single over single bunk (sleeps 2).

This accommodation sleeps 14 comfortably.

We had a great week staying at this beautiful place! The check in process was easy, and the location was easy to get to. We really enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor decks. The kitchen was great and had all the necessities. There's also an impressive selection of games and puzzles! The beds were comfortable, and the multiple bathrooms were a huge bonus. Definitely lots of space for large groups to spread out!It would have been nice to have a map or directions for skiing to and from the lifts, it took us some time to figure this out on the first day.The only downside was we were responsible for taking the garbage and recycling to the transfer station upon check out, which was tricky and with a vehicle full of ski/snowboard gear. The transfer station also is not accessable 24/7, so if you need to leave early to get on the road or catch a ferry this is really inconvenient.Overall we really enjoyed our stay, this is a great place for a big group of people!

The perfect cozy getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The space was clean and tidy and the kitchen had everything you need to cook! We had some of the best skiing of the season on the mountain and each day we looked forward to returning to the cozy chalet to sit by the fire or soak in the tub. Steve and Elana were quick to respond to any questions we had as well! I highly recommend this place!

Great spot to enjoy big white

The property has amazing views to enjoy the sunset after a day of skiing. Very well stocked with everything you need and very clean. A great place to stay! The only downside was a slight trek to the slopes (about 3 min in ski boots) but you can ski straight home to the front door! Would come back for sure!
