On the edge of the water of Lake Rotorua, this is the ideal getaway for a relaxing few days or some exciting rides either from the house with our own jet boat private tour, Gondola and luge rides, or the beautiful Kiwi and trout sanctuary all within a 5-minute drive. Or relax in our beautiful setting and have some peace and quiet, lakefront walks, and an only a 10-minute drive to the center of Rotorua town

I highly recommend this property. My girlfriends & I had a wonderful time. The property is very secure & safe. A wonderful pool entertainment area with indoor & outdoor areas + a gym overlooking the lake.

Great location and facilities

Fantastic spot and property. Lovely and clean with full kitchen facilities. Even some chockys and snacks were provided for us to enjoy. Amazing pool and spa which the kids loved. Lake was right there and so pretty to look out on. We will definitely stay again!

Great place

Beautifully decorated and so clean. So many amentities; pool, hot tub, exercise equipment, fire pit, stunning view of lake all in a great neighborhood really close to everything we wanted to see and do in Rotorua. Everything was tip top. Beautiful yard and views, great flowers,,super lake views and access. We were so1 impressed! Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Best stay so far.

Excellent view with nice house!

The house is really nice and clean with all stuff we need, only few mins drive to restaurants. We had a good time over there, and host is really nice as well. Strongly recommend this place!
