Our stay was comfortable.

There was noise from people above. We felt it needs curtains or blind in lounge & kitchen. Drive way is no good for sedan cars. The garden gate latches need maintenance.would have liked a grab handle to exit the shower.

This lovely apartment was a good choice for a three night stay in Cairns. The host company was communicative before, during and after the stay. It was nice to have a dedicated, though small, parking space with the option of convenient street parking. Having two AC/Heater units in the apartment was a plus also. There are a few things to note about this particular apartment. The communal dryer is up a flight of outside stairs which can be tricky to navigate with laundry so be extra careful. Be sure to bring a robe as the bathroom/toilet room is attached to the main living space vs the bedroom and there are no curtains in the living room. The apartment has a nice eating table outside but during inclement weather there is only the coffee table in the living to use for meals. The shower was a nice size but the hot water is limited. The host company did a nice job of sending the property book/instructions online but it would have been nice to also have a hardcopy in the unit for easier reference. The company appeared open to suggestions for improving their properties so I am sure several of these concerns that can be remedied, will be.

Quiet piece of tropical paradise.

The apartment at Parramatta Park had everything a holiday maker could need. A self-contained and private sanctuary surrounded by lush green vegetation, bird life, outdoor area with bbq, all the mod cons and a short drive to the heart of Cairns. Tom & team were a dream to deal with and I would highy recommend this propperty. Can't wait to head back.
