Here is a property that feels like home, with a woodfire 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it makes a perfect getaway for 2 couples or a family of 4. The front courtyard is spacious and private allowing for you to relax with a coffee or sit out in fine weather with a book.

Queen size bed and ensuite in the main bedroom and family bathroom for the kids or friends to use makes holidaying together painless. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed, suitable for families or couples.

A light filled kitchen with dishwasher and all the amenities you need to entertain or pack a picnic to take down to your own private park below or to the close by Jacks and Jenveys swimming holes. Still close enough to meander into town by foot or bike to visit our great eateries and icons like the Bright Brewery or maybe take the kids to the popular Bright Splash Park.

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

KITCHEN & DINING
This kitchen has all the amenities you need to be able to cook up a storm or make a picnic to take down to the back of the property where you will find your very own park that the court shares. Let the kids run around while you enjoy the serenity of this gorgeous space on offer.

LOUNGE
There is plenty of seating here for the family so make yourself comfortable in front of the fire place with a book on the 3 x 2 seater couches. A large screen TV is also there for your convenience.

HEATING & COOLING
In the cooler months, the slow combustion wood fire and reverse cycle split system will keep you toasty warm. In summer the reverse cycle air conditioner will keep you cool at the flick of a switch. Please note a starter supply of firewood, kindling, fire lighters and matches are supplied. Additional firewood can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations.

Main Bathroom: Bath, separate shower, vanity, toilet and heated towel rail

LAUNDRY
The neat compact laundry offers a front loading washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack, and outdoor washing line.

OUTDOORS
Adelong 7 offers a private courtyard out the front with gas BBQ, outdoor setting with a market umbrella, perfect to entertain or relax and read a book while the action of the day marches past. The grounds at the bottom of the court offer a private expanse to picnic in or the kids a hit of cricket in the warmer months.

There is only parking for one car at this property. Any other cars are required to be parked off site and not anywhere on the complex.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A simple and lovely place to stay. Although it's a grandparents style unit(not that modern), it's comfortable and warm, and mostly importantly a family of four and a dog all enjoyed the stay here. There is no internet in this unit but you can watch TV or read book to kill the evening time.

Perfect home away from home.
The property was immaculate and felt like a real home. The location was perfect being close to town but just far enough away to avoid any noise. It was set in beautiful gardens and ideal for our needs.
