Gorgeous and comfortable remodeled home with hardwood floors, quartz counters, stainless appliances and equipped with central air conditioning!
The front bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a king bed and the top floor bedroom has a queen plus 2 twin beds. This house sleeps 8 people very comfortably in beds with a pull out sofa for 2 additional guests with prior approval.
The kitchen has quartz counters, dishwasher, microwave, and all the dishes and cookware you will need. The home is equipped with 2 flat screen TVs, cable, BlueRay player, WIFI, linens, towels and a washer/dryer for your use. There is a large fully fenced back yard for summer entertaining.

This home is located .5 miles from unique 6th Ave with many great restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. The Proctor District, Old Town Tacoma, downtown Tacoma and I5 are all a short distance away. The Ruston Way Waterfront and Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium, both boasting miles of walkways for biking/running/rollerblading are close by if you are ready for some outdoor adventure!
Additional local attractions include, Chihuly Glass Museum, LeMay Car Museum and Tacoma Dome.

This is the perfect vacation rental for visiting a student at one of the local universities. The house is 1 mile from University of Puget Sound and 3 miles from UW Tacoma. We had a great stay at this beautiful, cozy home. It was very clean, plenty of towels and kitchen items, beds were comfy, and the coffee was great! There were 6 of us, 4 teens, and everyone had plenty of space. Love that there were two full bathrooms. Owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is beautiful - completely remodeled and updated in every way. There was plenty of space for our family of five with room to spare. This was a great property! Very nicely remodeled!! The house was extremely comfortable for seven adults. The air conditioner worked great and there was plenty of hot water. We’ll stay here again when we come back!

Great Place!

The place was just perfect for my friends and I who were in town for a long weekend. It is close to everything, even within walking distance. The house was spacious enough that everyone fit, but we weren’t on top of each other. Beds were very comfortable too and the kitchen was well equipped. Definitely a great stay!

A great spot close to the Tacoma centre. Clean, quite and a pullout bed was perfect for our group. The air conditioning kept the place nice and cool and the stocked coffee machine was perfect.

Perfect location

This property was perfect for my wife and I as we stayed a week visiting Washington. Wonderful location for us as we spent most days exploring many different activities the PNW has to offer! House was very clean and had more than enough room for just us two. We had such an amazing trip and it was wonderful come home to a great house to relax in l. Would definitely recommend this property and will plan on coming back next time we are in the area!

Super easy check in and just as pictured. The only issue we had is both remotes would not work for the TV’s. Both batteries were dead we thought, so we went and purchased new batteries. The bedroom one worked perfectly fine but the front one wouldn't work at all, we had to re-pair it with the front TV. When we told the owners they claimed that stuff gets “turned off” on the power strip which was accurate but we had told them about the batteries needing bought and that it still didn’t work. We got no response back and no offer to cover the cost of batteries.

Great Tacoma location

We stayed at this property while dropping our daughter off at Pacific Lutheran. Location was good as we needed to get her some stuff for her dorm, and there were plenty of places close by. House was very neat and clean and had everything we needed. Would recommend!

Would definitely book again for anything Seattle

Property is very close to all things necessary for an out of town stay. Easy freeway access but not on a busy road in a noisy area. Large box stores nearby as well as fun bar hopping close by. House has very nice beds and clean functional bathrooms. Kitchen has plenty of room to cook and hang out and a large private backyard. For once we found a house that has a well stocked kitchen as far as dishes, cooking and service dishes so you can actually prepare a meal.
