Biltmore penthouse, 13

The property was nice and safe. I did not realize the interstate and the noise in the go house. Bathroom had a little bit of a mildewy smell and exterior needed some good drywall work overall it was a nice place. Communication was good.

Nice Condo!

This is a very nice 2 bed 2 bath condo. There's a sleeper sofa in the front room and plenty of space for a family of 4. Full kitchen along with the basics. The wifi is outstanding and specific to just this condo. TV uses Chromecast and you bring your own streaming service. The beds are comfortable. It's a personal preference, but I love the foam mattresses. The location is in walking distance of the big attractions like the Georgia Aquarium. Stores and restaurants nearby for walking too. There's a homeless presence, I wouldn't send someone alone to the local grocery while walking. But we had no issues and it's like any other big city. The MARTA subway is near and we took that to a couple of different places including to and from the airport. I would stay in one of these units again, next time I'm in the area. The Valentines Day basket left by Sonders Management was a really nice touch. Thank you for the hospitality!
