Location is central to all the West Sedona attractions but far enough away from the main road to be quiet. Access to the community pool was nice on those 80 degree days. The bed was comfortable as well as the living room couch. There’s all the kitchen appliances you need for an extended stay. The heating and cooling system kept the place comfortable although having a fan-always-on option would have been nice. The only thing that would make the stay more homey would be modern TVs for access to streaming services instead of the older tv with Dish.

Absolutely perfect location to explore Sedona and surrounding areas. Clean and cozy. Exactly as the listing shows. Nice amount of space for me, my husband, and two boys.
Community pool is not heated year round - we went in Feb and pool temp was low 60’s but the hot tub was HOT and well maintained!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this condo in Sedona. It has a great location, particularly if you are a hiker, and is well equipped. It was great having a carport and garage for our car and for our friends who visited. The host was very responsive when we called about a stopped up bathtub drain. The kitchen could use a grater and a one cup measure, but otherwise had everything we needed.
