One bedroom partial ocean view condo located on the third floor with partial ocean views. This unit will accommodate up to four (4) people with a queen bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The living room has a beautiful new flat-screen TV and is open to the fully equipped kitchen and flows out to the lanai. This condo has a washer and dryer in the unit. The Maui Vista is located in Central/South Kihei and is across the street from Charley Young beach and a short walk to other beaches, shopping, and dining options.

This cute little condo with a lovely ocean view and conveniently located close to the beach and a few blocks from restaurants made our time in Maui all the more relaxed but also got us excited to get out and explore more! The property description was accurate. A nice surprise was the gear that was available to borrow — reusable shopping bags, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, etc. These were beach essentials that we didn’t need to buy/rent. The property was generally clean and very well-maintained. The only inconvenience was that the cleaning service arrived just as we did, at check-in time. So we waited outside for almost an hour until the cleaning was completed. The house cleaner was very apologetic and friendly. Other than that minor hiccup, we were provided responsive customer service when we had questions about items left behind. Overall, we were happy with the place and would recommend it.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: To be completely honest, the unit was less than expected. The furniture was dirty and there was no bedding available for the sleeper sofa. I also received the wrong information for the wifi. When contacting the management company, they were extremely unhelpful. I'd rather not leave a terrible review on , but it was not the greatest

Great location! Make more child friendly.

Very nice stay and great location! My daughter and family also stayed there (in a different building than my friend and me). You need to establish times at your pools for "adults only" and "kid friendly" times. Perhaps you could rotate such times among the three pools.

Condo not the nest

Unit needed major upgrades. Severe inadequacy of bath linens. Two bath towels, two hand towels and ONE washcloth for TWO people for 11 days is ridiculous. Dressers were full of blankets that should have been in closets, but closets were full of items that should have been in a storage unit somewhere. Requested repair of ceiling fan in bedroom. Repairman was promised but as of a week later had not shown up. Some of cookware was not safe for any human.

Great Location, right across the street from Kamaole Beach I. Best location for swimming. Condo has everything we need including pots, rise cooker, hair dryer, etc. Fast internet was great. We especially enjoyed the tennis court on property. This condo is very well maintained and very clean.

Great place to stay

The condo has so many things you can use, beach chair, cooler, umbrella, coffee maker etc. The AC is very loud and venting to the sofa but we just moved the sofa a bit to not get direct blow, no bid deal.

Great Location, right across the street from the famous Charlie Young Beach. The condo is nicely stuffed with everything we need, including hair dryer and scale. There is washer/dryer inside, and many restaurants near by. Good choice if you like swimming.
