This large and gorgeous private home is in a duplex format and sleeps 8 comfortably. It is located up the hill from Main St. in walking distance to the Breckenridge Ski Resort. This three-bedroom, three-bathroom home is newly upgraded, spacious, and is fantastic for any Breckenridge vacation. This three-story house has two private decks with a hot tub on one, it is on the free shuttle route, and it has a one-car, heated garage.


On the main level, guests will walk into a newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and a breakfast bar for extra seating. The kitchen looks at the dining room area, which is large enough for the entire party. The living room has comfortable sofas, an arm chair, and a TV. The living room is in front of the sliding doors that lead out to a large deck with grilling and outdoor seating.


Upstairs, the master bedroom is spacious with a king-sized, a TV, a view of the natural surroundings, and a private bathroom. The large master bathroom has a sizeable jetted jacuzzi tub, a walk-in shower, and a double vanity. Downstairs, the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has a captain’s bunk bed. The two bedrooms share a conjoined bathroom. The shared bathroom has a shower and vanity. Downstairs, guests also have a second living room area where there is another comfortable sofa, TV, and fireplace. The downstairs living room walks out to the deck with the private hot tub.


This home has a local check in and check out service at Wood Winds Lodging in town. This provides the guests with a concierge front desk, local assistance, and 24-hour on call service.

Easy to pick up and drop of keys in town. Great garage and hot tub plenty of room for our family of 5. Easy to get in and around town. Also explored keystone and Frisco Kitchen was well appointed with everting we needed. Would stay again

We had a wonderful time at this property. The heated garage was awesome and big enough for our Chevy Suburban. The property was very clean, there were plenty of linens, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare all meals during our stay. The hot tub was a great amenity for end of day ski/snowboard recovery. Property management was responsive and checked in after we had arrived. Pictures match the property for the most part. I believe they have made some updates that are different from the pictures but nothing that impacted our stay. Well done!

Had a great stay. It's in a great location close to everything. Overlooks a pond where we saw a mother moose and baby and a red fox. Walking distance to town. Kitchen had everything we needed. No issues with WiFi.Check-in/check-out was fine although a bit unusual to have to go to an office as opposed to online.Overall great place and would rent there again without hesitation.

Good property and location

Good stay, no complaints. Property had everything we needed. Driveway is pretty steep, so we checked our skis overnight at Peak 8 base so we didn’t have to lug them back and forth every day - highly recommend doing that.

Beautiful location. We enjoyed several wildlife. We loved the house. It was unseasonably warm during our visit, which made the house very warm without A/C. I would suggest adding fans so everyone can be more comfortable.

Great place

Wonderful property and location. Only complaint is the requirement to stop at the rental office on Main Street to pick up and drop off the key and parking pass. This is inconvenient if you are using a shuttle service. Most places just use a code and/or lockbox for access.

Beautiful location. The house is a little run down, (furniture, carpeting) but served us ok. It was difficult for Mom (age 77) to get up and down all the stairs but otherwise it was good. The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances and the ice maker was able to keep up with all of us drinking iced tea, lol. We greatly enjoyed the views, the solitude, the scenery and the deck!

Excellent summer stay

We loved the property. It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The exterior could use a little cleaning and maintenance, but I'm sure they have that scheduled. There was no air conditioning, so we had the windows open during the day, but the master bedroom window had no screen. Adding that would be helpful. The clothes dryer required multiple runs to finish drying clothes, so the exhaust pipe probably needs to be cleaned out. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. We would stay at this property again.

One with Nature

Amazing stay right in the heart of nature. The home was a perfect design for our family. The main level is spacious with a huge deck with picnic table and grill. The top level has a master suite with bathroom/shower and walk in closet. We spent a lot of time in the living room on the lower level with couches, big TV, fire place and hot tub on the patio. The property is right in the middle of the woods and a short walk to the cucumber gulch trail. It’s only a 20 min walk to Main Street. We absolutely loved it here! Great communication with the hosts as well. We had zero issues during our stay.

The location is within 5 min walk to the free ride bus route which during this time of year was running 8am until 5pm. Just a quick ride to peak 8 or peak 7 base area for skiing or snowboarding. The home was fully stocked with all the kitchen supplies needed for making meals at home. We also used grocery delivery from City Market thru instacart in order to make our time kore relaxing. The private hot tub was a great way to relax at the end of the day. The only strange thing about this unit is the carpet in the bathrooms.

The other bedrooms were down another 6 stairs. This allowed for personal space and plenty of community space. The location was fabulous! The fireplace warmed the house very well. The hot tub was very enjoyable! We could not have asked for more. We had a wonderful time!

Perfect townhouse for our family! Loved our stay in Breckenridge.

Super clean and extremely comfortable home. Townhome was very spacious for our family of 4. It felt like our home away from home. Huge deck upstairs wraps around the entire unit. Amazing view of the forest from every window - pull up those wood blinds and leave them open! Lots of privacy and very quiet surroundings. Hot tub was awesome and extremely clean. Fully stocked kitchen - you will have everything you need, and more! Full size dishwasher and extra large washer/dryer a plus. The office setup in the loft outside the master was very nice to have. Great location for enjoying all Breck has to offer! Just a quick walk to town and only a block from the trails between Peak 7 and Peak 8. Drove to several beautiful trails that were less than 15 minutes away. Management company was extremely helpful from start to finish - offered us tips and ideas for things to do during our first time in Breck. Check-in and out was a breeze using a mailbox on the office porch. Hope to be back soon!

Holiday trip to Breck

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was better than expected. A couple free shuttle stops from Peak 8 and right across the street from the Nordic Center - which we loved. Pros - great location, very good layout of rooms for our family and could have accommodated more, clean, good hot tub and selection of games Cons - for the price, we expected a little more attention to detail. We get it, it’s the busiest week of the year, but felt like a few small things would go a long way. First, we had to physically pick up keys from the property manager in town at 10 pm after a long day of travel and driving through a snowstorm! Remote entry would be a great upgrade. Second, while clean and spacious, the unit was very bare. Kitchen was only modestly equipped with cooking gear and virtually nothing in the cabinets like salt/pepper, etc. We like to cook and had to buy a lot staples that usually are in other places we’ve stayed. Third, we had to deal with a few small things - the garage door didn’t work properly, nor did the dishwasher. To their credit, the property management company was very nice when we called about these things, but they did not get resolved during our stay. Also, only a small container of decaf coffee and no filters were in the kitchen when we got there. Bummer for a late arrival, especially when we had been assured we would be well stocked. Overall, a good experience, but be mindful that there are some things that could be improved…

The unit is about 5 min walk from the breckenridge free ride bus stop which comes regularly to bring people up the mountain or down to town. The unit was clean and had all necessary items. The hot tub was a good way to relax at the end of a long skiing day. One day, the hot tub was not heating and we called management and it was fixed within a day!This unit had a great layout.

Enjoyable Family Vacation in Breckenridge

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family (of three generations) really enjoyed our 10 day vacation in Breckenridge. The house had all the bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas we needed. The location halfway up the mountain toward is excellent. Plenty of privacy using the outdoor decks or hot tub, looked out on mostly woods and occasional wildlife. Free public transport to downtown or to the base of the mountain made it easy for people to explore on their own or in smaller groups. Overall, a very positive experience staying in this unit. We will strongly consider renting it again in the future.

Great arrangement of space for our needs

We enjoyed the layout of the home. Having the extra family room for kids to use for watching TV or playing games while the adults used the other space was good for our group. Catching the free ride shuttle to and from base of peak 8 was really easy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall condition of the house was nice and was located about 100 yards from the shuttle line. Hot tub and grill were nice and worked well. Some of the furniture needed repair or replace in the upper living room. Bathrooms were carpeted in them which was a little odd. There are two living rooms one downstairs with a big TV however the one upstairs in the main living room the TV is tiny and in a very odd spot but we weren't there to watch TV so it was workable. If you can bring your own pillows the ones provided were not great. Overall it is a comfortable rental for 2 families up to 8 total people and I would consider renting again.

Great layout

The property was well suited for our family, plenty of room to relax, cook, and play board games after a day on the slopes. The free bus route is across the street from the entrance, making it easy to get to the slopes. The folks at the main office were SUPER NICE! Thanks!

Wood Winds came directly to try and fix but ultimately it needed to be replaced.
