Very good location, easy to get into Breck and Frisco. 2.5 baths provides a lot of flexibility for families. Nice layout.

Great place

Lovely spot. A little but outside of breck, but super quiet and comfortable. Cute house with everything you should need. Great communication with host.

Ski vacation

We enjoyed our week at the house! It was perfect for the four of us, including two teenage boys. We had plenty of room in the bedrooms and we enjoyed all of the amenities, including the hot tub, heated floors in the bathroom and large kitchen table where we also enjoyed playing a few of the provided board games together. The owner was great to answer our questions quickly and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed.

Great Place

Overall, the condo was great. It was clean, well maintained, well stocked(kitchen/grill), and cozy. We had one small issue that was out of the hands of the owner/property manager we were dealing with, but he was super responsive and tried to help as much as he could. While it didn't get resolved, his efforts were appreciated. I, along with my friends, would absolutely stay here again.

Family Mountain Paradise

This home is the perfect getaway for families! It's central location between Breck, Frisco, Dillon, and Keystone allows you to take advantage of all that Summit County has to offer! We enjoyed the home over Labor Day weekend with another family. It provided comfortable accommodations for all of us (4 adults, 5 kids). We ate in for most meals and the gourmet kitchen and grill made cooking easy! We loved being able to walk out the door, jump on our bikes, and start exploring. We have rented many homes in the area and will definitely be back to this one!

Beautiful upscale townhome in Breck! Great for families!

This townhome is such a gem! My family (myself, my husband, two young kids 1 and 3, and my parents) were looking for a cozy getaway to Breckenridge and we are so pleased we found this place. The home is beautifully decorated, has tons of space (5 beds upstairs!), and the kitchen was a perfect place for creating meals and memories together. The unit is very close to downtown Breckenridge but far enough away to feel peaceful and private. It's well stocked with everything you need and the grill was amazing. One of our favorite memories from the trip has to be stargazing at night on the backpatio. The skies in this area are so clear! We would absolutely stay in this unit again and highly recommend it for anyone, particularly for families.
