Room was filthy, Peeling paint on the bathrooms ceiling, dust 1/8 " thick on the doors, The lock for the MB Sliders was a wooden stick.

We sincerely apologize for the condition of the room. The bathroom ceiling paint, heavy dust on the doors, and makeshift lock on the master bedroom sliders are not acceptable and do not meet the standards we want for our guests. We’ll share these concerns with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for review. Thank you for bringing them to our attention.
