Apartment was very clean and compact. Location was great for beach and town - Calvi is lovely.

Overall a good apartment although we felt that a week with 2 teenage boys sleeping on a small sofa bed in living area was not ideal for us.

Perfect flat

It took us only an hour and a half to drive from Bastia airport to this apartment block. The flat is spacious, fully-equipped and well finished. It has a strong air-conditioner and tiled floors which make it pleasantly cool in summer. The balcony faces a residential car park and has a drying rack on it which is handy for drying your towels and swimsuits. The area and the apartment block are very quiet. A large supermarket Super U is located just behind the house on your way to the beach which is in 5-10 minutes walk. There is a very good boulangerie just up the hill. The town centre with its artisanal shops and restaurants is in 5-10 minutes walk too. The owner and the housekeeper are very nice and friendly people. We would definitely come back.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral, aber leider keine schöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Es gab noch nicht mal eine Rolle Toilettenpapier. Die Wohnung ist recht abgewohnt. Die Kosten für die Endreinigung waren sehr versteckt. Und erst nach Buchung gesehen.

Appartamento grande nonostante sia un bilocale, dotato di tutti i confort. Parcheggio privato, un bonus essendo molto vicino al centro cittadino, ci si può spostare a piedi, e in 5 minuti scarsi sei in spiaggia ed è davanti a un supermercato rifornito. La signora che ci ha accolto molto gentile.

Emplacement idéal à Calvi

Appartement fonctionnel et très agréable à vivre. Idéalement situé à Calvi, plage comme centre à distance pédestre. Seul le canapé a un peu vécu mais devrait, semble-t-il, être remplacé rapidement.

Bonjour, Tres surprise par ce commentaire ( le seul que nous ayons reçu ) si peu élogieux. En effet Calvi est une ville qui bouge et tous nos hôtes ont particulièrement apprécié le fait de se retrouver au calme, dans un appartement proche de tout avec la possibilité de garer la voiture et meme de profiter d'un garage en plein mois d'août, a 250 m de la mer, du port de la plage.La vue n'est pas une vue mer mais le hangar sur le côté n'a qu'un étage. Nous ne sommes pas au même niveau que ce hangar et sommes au fond de l'impasse qui mène à l'appartement. Au fond c'est vue montagnes...Le gros plus c'est le calme de l'appartement en plein Calvi ! Et surtout en aout... Quant au canapé il ne sert pas de lit sauf quand il ya demande pour un enfant. L'appartement est conçu pour 2 et si il y a des enfants nous expliquons toujours que le canapé est un appoint. Bonne continuation... Nous avons plusieurs hôtes qui reviennent chez nous chaque année et de plus en plus longtemps trop contents d'y trouver le calme et le confort.

Appartement agréable, calme et bien situé

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement propre et bien situé, avec une terrasse où l on prenait tous les repas. Nous avons apprécié également le parking privé de la résidence. Appartement tout confort, emplacement idéal!

Merci pour ce séjour inoubliable! La voiture est restée au parking (parking de la résidence, très appréciable d'ailleurs!), nous avons tout fait à pied: commerces, ballades dans la Pinède, baignades dans la mer, flâneries dans Calvi... Quel bonheur de profiter de cette proximité tout en restant au calme! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les apéros corses sur la terrasse de cet appartement tout confort et très propre! A bientôt!

PARFAIT, situation, calme, équipement, vue....

Quel plaisir d'oublier notre voiture pendant notre séjour ! L'appartement est idéalement placé, proche de TOUT (plage, commerces,...), nous avons tout fait à pied. L'appartement est en centre ville, au fond d'une impasse, au CALME. Un sejour parfait, nous avons bien profité de la terrasse très sympa, de la vue au loin sur les montagnes, équipement top, propreté... Adresse à retenir, nous reviendrons ...!

Quel dommage cette vue de la terrasse

Nous venons d arriver. Tout ce qui a été déjà écrit est parfaitement conforme. Seul regret aucune photo de la vue lorsqu'on est sur la terrasse. Quel dommage cette vue sur le parking et sur un entrepôt ? 😩

Un peu surprise par ce commentaire car le parking est privatif, celui de la résidence, sécurisé et très apprécié à Calvi car la résidence est très proche de la mer et des commerces et il est difficile de stationner en centre ville. La résidence même en centre ville est très calme car au fond d'une impasse et l'entrepôt dont il est question est un garage, situé sur le côté. Devant c'est la montagne au loin...

Une très belle prestation pour cet appartement de Calvi. Avant l arrivée des contacts courtois et bienveillants ce qui est toujours agréable. Un accueil sur place très, très sympathique. L appartement est parfait, conforme aux photos et descriptions. Très bien équipé, pratique, au calme et la terrasse est tres agréable. Un énorme plus que nous avons apprécié : les courses, la plage, les balades en centre ville, sur le port ou à la citadelle peuvent se faire à pied et nous avons vraiment trouvé ça super de ne pas prendre la voiture pour tous les déplacements. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation cet appartement qui est une belle prestation avec un rapport qualité prix parfait! Bonnes vacances aux futurs estivants!
