We had such a good time that we added on a couple of extra nights - so glad they were available! Location and view is incredible - beautiful and easy access to parking, room, and beach. The booking and check-in/out processes were painless and well coordinated. My husband would have preferred a softer mattress and bigger tub, but those are literally the only notes. We will absolutely be staying here again! Thanks to the owners and to Elliot Rentals!

Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
The only thing positive I can say is the location was great. The staff was nice but while having a sick child the room was absolutely disgusting we didn’t actually get into our room until about 8:30 after having to get everything we needed for the trip and to clean the room. I called the next morning after just not dealing with it and explained look the room is disgusting the cleaners didn’t even clean anything. They said do you want our cleaners to come back out I said no I have already done it ( plus I didn’t know what kind of sickness my child had to be fair trying to keep their people safe. They understood. And gave me the inspection fee of 50 back. Another thing the shower didn’t even drain and the shower head was so old if you were not 7 ft tall you were getting pummeled in the face by such hard water sprayed it was ridiculous. I would not recommend this place do not waste your money.

We understand how stressful that situation must have been, and we're sorry that the condition of your room added to that stress. We appreciate you bringing the cleanliness concerns to our attention. This is not the standard we strive to provide, and we regret that you felt you had to clean the room yourself. We also appreciate your consideration for our staff by declining additional housekeeping given your child's illness. We're glad our team was able to refund the $50 inspection fee, but we recognize that this did not make up for the inconvenience you experienced. Additionally, we apologize for the maintenance issues you encountered with the shower. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so these concerns can be addressed. We value your feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we need to improve. We're truly sorry your experience was disappointing, and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to learn from it.
