Was fully renovated in March 2022!
New flooring, Quartz countertops in kitchen, bathroom and vanity, new blinds, new furniture, new bedding- everything is new!
Panoramic views that go on for miles can be seen in both directions from this top floor end unit in an elevator building offers that "penthouse floor" feeling. Only 4 stories in the building, and you are on the 4th. Very spacious one bedroom/one bath that comes completely furnished - dishes, linens, cookware and more! The bath is a jack-and-jill style from the master to the hallway with vanity and sink in master bedroom/and vanity-sink in the bathroom. Unit offers plenty of light, an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room, and plenty of extra storage in the Master bedroom. View from the balcony. Laundry facilities available on the 2nd floor at no cost. And it's just steps to the beach!is fabulous.

Our favorite beach condo!

The ocean view is amazing! It’s a lovely condo with a short drive to restaurants. Of course, you could also cook as the kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans. The owner goes above and beyond to help with requests. We booked our vacation to come back next summer immediately after staying here.

Amazing views and extremely clean!

We have stayed at many places in North Myrtle Beach and this was the best one ever! The location was perfect, the condo itself had the little items you don’t want to purchase if just staying for a short visit…foil, baggies, creamer, etc. More importantly, cleanliness is our top requirement when renting. This was the cleanest place we have ever stayed. In addition, the decor and layout was crisp and comfortable! Perfect for us as a couple! Will definitely be back just hope it is for a longer
