Location, location , lake views, walk to town in a few minutes, stunning lake and mountain views, sit out on the deck and watch the Earnslaw depart with The Remarkables in the back ground. This 3 bedrooms 3 bathroomed central property is perfect for a family and friends ski or summer break in Queenstown - gas fire, underfloor heating, garage, central yet quiet. Guests love it. We have a minimum 5 night stay over New Year. It has 2 king bedrooms and 3rd bedroom can either be a king or 2 singles, Maximum persons is 6. To book the property guests must be a minimum of 25 years of age.

Stunning Views in Qtown

The location of the condominium is outstanding. This presumes you are able to walk up a steep hill.. The folding glass doors leading out to the balcony are spectacular. This is a first class condominium highly recommend.

Great Views with relaxing atmosphere

Great location with entertaining views across the lake. Sunny location with a relaxing living room, opening onto the deck allowing for indoor/outdoor entertaining. Centrally located means easy down hill walk to the centre of Queenstown. Great place to chill out, and unwind. Nice set up for family stays. A must stay, highly recommended,Lovely place.

Great location, clean, all too easy.

My only criticism, please buy a Nespresso machine. Just need that one coffee to get you out the door to buy a real one down the road. Great location :-)

Excellent location and views are amazing

Property is located close to the city centre but far away from the noise. Two of the Bathrooms have heated floors. Note the garage is smallish while our xtrail fit, neighbouring properties had trouble with large suvs and double cab utes. Note Vrbo will email saying that you should have the keys but this before the host needs to. The beds were super comfortable. Large 75 inch smart tv with Sky sports and movies.

This property is one of the best places we have ever stayed. It is a very large apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The living and dining areas are very large and nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of utensils. Besides the location is impeccable , close to town with stunning lake view. The communication with Pauline was very fast and supportive. We all enjoyed staying here and will certainly come back. Highly recommended.

Amazing location

Absolutely amazing location to walk into town and beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Lovely big lounge with gas fireplace with separate laundry and mud room. Having 2 main bedrooms with ensuites was also wonderful. Stayed with family of 4 adults and 3 kids. Only suggestion for the top bunks to have more railing. Would definitely stay again.
