The views from the Queen master bedroom are peaceful and serene! The large windows give you front row seats to all the wildlife that inhabit Fripp Island. It has a full bathroom, ample closet space, and smart TV for you to enjoy. There is also a set of 2 chairs and table for you to enjoy your morning coffee before starting the day. The second bedroom is a Queen size master bedroom with a smart TV and full bathroom. The closet space has plenty of room to bring your favorite wardrobe with you!



The large windows bring natural light all throughout the living, kitchen, and dining area! The kitchen has plenty of room for you and your family to make a home cooked meal. The breakfast bar is great for a quick snack! The washer and dryer are located off of the kitchen. Enjoy a meal or game night at the dining room table. Feel free to spread out and wind down from the long day you had at the beach. The sliding doors from the living area open up to the back deck with seating and a gas grill. Take your after dinner drinks to the back deck and enjoy the calm area!



Fripp Island is rich with nature and wildlife and all these things can easily be explored by bike, golf cart, or by car. This property does not offer the option to purchase amenity cards.

Great place to stay and very clean. It was a great little getaway! Only note I would make is the kitchen is not equipped with great cooking equipment. So might be better off bringing what you need for planned meals/cooking.

Lovely home that allowed us to enjoy everything at Fripp that we wanted like the beach, bike trails and deer spotting. Our family had a great time. We especially loved the golf cart and bikes being available. Host was attentive and helpful when we had a golf cart issue.

The booking and check-in was seamless. The property was really neat and clean. Perfect for a vacation for my husband and I. Quiet and relaxing. We had a great stay at Fripp. The house was really cute. We had a few problems with the golf cart and Internet, but Andrew did everything he could And took care of every bit of it quick. We highly recommend! Only thing I would suggest for the house is a king size bed, and one of the rooms

Fun on Fripp

101 Sandpiper is a comfortable and cute cottage on Fripp. The island is filled with plenty to do and lots of deer to watch. Very happy with our place.

Girls trip

Staying on Fripp is always a pleasure. This house was great for a girls weekend. It was clean and the layout was great for two people. Check in and check out was a breeze. I would look at staying when my family visits Fripp again. Make sure you rent a golf cart- that’s the best part of the island.

Very convenient location near main access to the Island

We had good times staying at the house, with all you need for a pleasant stay. Location very convenient with short walks to the beach, super market and 25 mins driving to Beaufort. The house is just the right size for a small family and we liked the layout so you can open back and front door and feel the ocean breeze. No complaints at all with the house or the management.

The house was clean and ready on time. Beds were comfortable. Only suggestion would be to provide shampoo other than the smallest tube possible and to provide tissues in bathrooms as well as hand soap. Small things but helpful.

The home was very comfortable. The rental of an electric golf cart was a bad idea. No electrical on the outside of the house.I would recommend running a little water in the unused bathroom to help block sewage gases but it was an easy fix and move on.Thank you
