Fabulous, peaceful, pet friendly and secluded country retreat with new luxe gas or solar heated pool* on acreage in a highly sought after cul de sac with panoramic views of Port Phillip Bay and the Tuerong Valley.

Long View at Red Hill is architecturally designed with additional luxuries including split system heating and cooling, complimentary WiFi, coffee machine, fire pit, double carport and circular driveway all set on a 1.6 acre property.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, built in robes and private access to west facing balcony. Also on this level is a laundry and two further bedrooms (one with 2 king singles that can be joined and another hosting a queen bed). Both have built in robes and share a family bathroom and powder room as well as and a sunroom which doubles as a single bedroom (booking by request).

Downstairs on the lower level is an additional living space which includes an open plan kitchenette, dining and living with gas log fire, a large light filled cathedral ceiling king bedroom with study desk, bathroom with oversized shower, walk in robe, European laundry, separate entry, deck area and car parking. A table tennis table is also available for game nights!

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION: Sleeps up to 10 guests across 5 beds (maximum 8 adults and 2 children). Linen inclusive.

Award winning wineries and restaurants less than 10 minute drive away including Pt Leo Estate, Red Hill Estate, Montalto, Paringa Estate, Stonier, Merricks General Store, 10 Minutes By Tractor and minutes away are Foxey's Hangout, Trofeo and Crittenden Winieries.

Other local attractions include Peninsula Hot Springs, Red Hill Truffles, Main Ridge Dairy, Cape Schanck Olive Estate, Red Hill Brewery and The Eagle.

Getting Around:
Dromana beach is 4.5km away
Red Hill tennis courts a 15 minute walk way

A 10-15 minute drive to Flinders and Balnarring with many local cafes, shops and restaurants.

Other Things to Note:
Please note:
(i) A Security Deposit (Bond) of $2,000.00 is required for all bookings.
We (Holiday Shacks) will email you a week prior to your stay requesting payment of bond, with a link to pay this.
A 2.5% credit card surcharge applies to credit/debit card payments.
After your stay, we process the return of your bond within 14 working days to process, once our housekeeping teams have checked and serviced the property and no bond deductions need to be made.

(ii) Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us.

(iii) Pets are allowed but the pet breed and age must be approved with us prior. Max 1 dog.

(iv) We do not accept schoolies, bucks/hens bookings, groups under 28 years of age, nor do we accept parties or events due to strict council regulations. This excludes family bookings travelling with children under 18 years of age.

(v) Additional charges apply ($140 per day) for gas pool heating but not solar heated pools or gas heated spa. Please inform Holiday Shacks if you wish to have gas pool heating at the time of booking to ensure this can be arranged for your stay. Guests must book pool heating for the duration of their stay.

(vi) The firepit can only be used in the winter months between May - August and guests must abide by this Local Law.

Red Hill Peacefulness
My wife and I, along with our lab, had a fantastic long weekend stay at the property. It was really nice and clean, well appointed and pool is one of the best in the area. The location is really quite, with great proximity to get supplies (by car). The layout works really well and everything is maintained and worked well.
