The main house sleeps six guests across three bedrooms and features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. Large sliding doors open onto a covered alfresco deck overlooking the solar-heated saltwater pool and spa, creating the perfect space for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying the outdoors.

The separate studio sleeps four guests and includes a spacious bedroom, brand-new bathroom, and its own living area with comfortable seating, a fridge, tabletop arcade game, and TV. Overlooking the pool, it offers privacy and flexibility for extended families or groups travelling together.

Outside, you'll find generous lawn areas, including a front lawn perfect for a game of bocce, as well as secure fencing throughout the property. Dogs are welcome upon application, making it an excellent choice for pet-friendly holidays.

There is ample off-street parking for at least three cars, plus space for a boat.

Oasis in the hustle & bustle

Exactly as described! The pool and spa out back were a sparkling oasis in a super convenient location walking distance to Rye supermarket, shops and front beach. Enjoyed using undercover outdoor dining and very comfy day bed.

A nice property with big warm pool & good sized spa. There was no instructions on arrival so it took a couple of days to sort things out with the property manager who repliwd quickly. There was an ant infestation outsode which was a bit annoying. Studio out back is good for kids.
