We loved the layout and amenities! The location was perfect. The dock not connected to the stairs was a little scary. Also the lighting down to the dock and no lighting at the dock was a little bit disappointing.

Dock and the walk down to the dock is definitely a little scary. Other than that it was great. Nice and clean and a nice multiple family set up.

Perfect House I in back of cove

The house is perfect. We went with 2 families. 4 adults and 4 kids plenty of room. Outside is just as nice as the inside. Will absolutely book again!

Great house

This place was spotless and very comfortable. I would stay there in the future. The location of the house off the road took a little while to find the first time. Very sturdy decks and walkways.

Decent place to stay

Enjoyed the dock. Gas grill did not work and all the doors are hard to close and open. Light hanging from ceiling fan.

The property was clean . The back deck is in need of repair one of our party fell through a rotten spot. There were also wasps near the front of the house one of us got stung before we even got inside. We also had trouble getting the tvs to work. Once we got past these problems we had a good stay. There are lots of steps to get to the water .

We're glad to hear the property was clean and that you had a good stay overall. We're sorry to hear about the deck, the wasps, and the trouble with the TVs. We take deck safety seriously and would like to look into the specific spot that was rotten. We've had a pest company out twice this month to address the wasps, with another visit scheduled, as they've been especially tough to manage this season. We'll also look into what was going on with the TVs so future guests don't run into the same issue. We appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback.

Wonderful Property!

The property was very clean and provided everything we needed. The checkin process was seamless and communication with the property manager was very prompt. House was equipped with all amenities needed! We brought our own water toys and enjoyed the lake from the comfort of the dock right in the backyard. We will be back for another visit!

So cute, clean, cozy and comfortable!

Everything was great! The only critique I have about the property is just the street access was pretty narrow and the driveway was a little difficult to maneuver. Also, if there was a ramp that perhaps zig-zagged from the driveway to the front door, it would be super helpful to bring luggage and coolers to the house. But seriously, everything else was perfect. Beds were super comfortable, everything was spotless, sofa was super cozy, dock and back decks were the perfect place to relax and fish, and the Grand Lake beer left for the guests was a great touch. The new cosmetic updates are beautiful. Thank you for such a much needed relaxing weekend!
