- Living room sofa folds out to become a twin bed to sleep 3rd person/child, however this impacts living space for a tight fit.

This is an exceptional find! This upscale villa is finely appointed with a private patio, comfortable bed, completely stocked kitchen and laundry room. The host has bikes to share as you enjoy the walkable neighborhood and nearby American River parkway. Located near boutique restaurants and shops and within walking distance of a Trader Joes. Don't hesitate to stay her for one week or more.

We keep coming back to this great apartment. The bed is very comfortable and everything is immaculately clean. This time we even got to enjoy the Christmas decorations in the Fabulous Forties! It's the perfect apartment for us and Marsha is the perfect host.

A beautiful, welcoming, home

This is our second stay here. Marsha couldn't be kinder and her home is spotless and cozy. The small kitchen is fully functional--I made Thanksgiving pies there, last stay. The bed is luxurious. And the surrounding yard and neighborhood in the Fab Forties is a perfect take off perch for visiting our son's family in Sacramento. Highly recommended!

This place is simply the best

This is a comfortable guest suite in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood, stocked with everything you could need. Marsha is the best host ever -- she really cares for her guests. I've stayed here several times and it's consistently great.

Our second stay in this great apartment

We stayed in Marsha's apartment earlier in the year and we loved it so we returned. In fact, we have already booked another stay for later this summer. The apartment is clean and modern and it has everything you will need for a comfortable stay.

Loved our stay here. Super clean suite, a comfy bed and nice little private courtyard to sit in the sunshine. Marsha was very welcoming and accommodating with our needs and local information. Fantastic!

We were delighted with our time in Marsha's villa. The property is wonderfully convenient to central Sacramento, but on a quiet street in a lovely neighborhood. It is very well-equipped and Marsha could not have been been more gracious. We would stay here any time we could.

Charming Oasis in East Sac

I had a lovely time staying at Marsha's lovely villa. Marsha was welcoming and accommodating and the villa was perfectly placed with everything I needed. It was within walking distance of wonderful restaurants and an easy drive to the rest of the Sacramento area. I always felts safe in the neighborhood and would often go on runs to the American river. I highly recommend staying here on your next excursion to Sacramento.

Lovely Villa in Every Way

The house is sun-filled, roomy, immaculate, up to date and nicely furnished for comfort and beauty. The surroundings and neighborhood are beautiful and offer easy access to food, fitness and entertainment. We ate in the lush courtyard, which was a pleasure. Exquisite Property

I can't say enough good things about this property. Marsha has provided a lovely place to stay while in Sacramento, The furnishing are high quality, the bedding and towels are better than a 5 Star hotel. She provides a nice assortment of water beverages, along with some snacks and coffee. She even brings you a plat of fresh fruit. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.

My go-to place in Sacramento

Everything about this place is perfect: a cute little apartment, nicely decorated, comfy bed, full kitchen, access to washer/dryer, I could go on and on. Even the silverware is top-notch! But the best things are the location, in an absolutely beautiful, highly walkable neighborhood in the best part of Sacramento, and the host, Marsha, who really makes an effort to ensure that her guests to have a great stay. I can't recommend it enough!

Recently relocating back into the East Sacramento downtown area from the suburb of Carmichael, this location provides walkability to nearby restaurants, coffee shops, bars, parks, and public transportation. I love the walkability and being a part of the blossoming downtown vibrancy, access to the peaceful beauty of the American River Bike Trail, and central location for public transportation and outings to the Bay Area, Tahoe, Foothill and Napa Valley Wineries.

With a Mediterranean tropical landscape, vast stone patios, balconies and shaded by a giant English Oak, you will be centrally located on a quiet, peaceful, property in the heart of beautiful East Sacramento. My home feels like a Mediterranean Villa. All this, with easy access to public transportation and interstate freeways, beautifully appointed and meticulously maintained.
