Sand & Sea Beach House

Sand and Sea Beach House is a large, 5-bedroom beachfront family home backing onto the dune reserve and the white sandy beach beyond. The house accommodates up to 10 guests, has a sunny swimming pool and is pet friendly. Located in a quiet residential street and exclusive beachside area, the home enjoys a sunny, northeast facing outlook with views of the native reserve.

*Accommodation details*
The house is 2 storeys with 4 bedrooms on the upper level, including the master bedroom and ensuite, along with a bathroom and separate toilet. There is also a table tennis table for family fun.

On the ground floor, the open plan living including the lounge, dining and kitchen overlooks the covered outdoor patio and swimming pool. This level includes the fifth bedroom, full bathroom, powder room, media room, full laundry and double garage.

The fully fenced yard is dog-friendly, see below for more on bringing your pet.

Enjoy the fully equipped, modern galley style kitchen with white stone top benches and breakfast bar, a 6-burner gas stovetop, large oven, dishwasher and Nespresso pod coffee machine.

*Entertainment and Living Areas*
Easy and relaxed tiled living spaces merge together the indoor and outdoor living spaces. With the spacious layout, there is ample opportunity for families to hang out together or enjoy some quiet time apart.

The open plan design incorporates the kitchen with breakfast bench seating, dining, and lounge room with comfortable couches overlooking the pool area and reserve.
The multi-purpose/TV room is separate from the other living spaces and provides a place for the kids to watch TV or play board games.

Upstairs at the table tennis is where all the family action happens, with a fantastic space to hang out and have some fun.

*Note: We cannot guarantee the pool water to be at a swimmable temperature during your stay, as solar heating can be slow and ineffectual during the Australian winter months. It requires direct sunlight and the roof temperature needs to be consistently above 28 degrees to heat the water.

*Pets*
We allow up to 2 x small dogs or 1 x mid-size breed only, no cats - pet fee applies of $200.

*Location*
The house is located in a quiet residential street backing onto the dune fauna reserve, and the beach is a short 250m walk to the beach.

Marcoola Beach is fast becoming one of the Sunshine Coast’s most popular destinations. Its proximity to Coolum Beach, Noosa Heads and Sunshine Coast Airport is not its only attraction - within 20 minutes you can be in the Hinterland exploring Maleny, Montville and surrounding areas. For those who enjoy an early morning challenge or beautiful sunset, Mt Coolum is 2km away.

The white sandy surf beaches are uncrowded and offer great surf for board riders of all levels. It’s popular for families and fishing, and is pet friendly. The house is located 500m from Marcoola patrolled beach and surf club.

For golf enthusiasts, the popular Twin Waters and Mt Coolum Golf clubs are a short drive from the house, so pack the clubs.

There are several local cafes within easy walking distance from the house and it's just a short drive to the local shopping centre at Mount Coolum or 10 minutes to Coolum Beach.
