Three bedroom villa with pool, in a quiet location,close to Gulf Coast beaches

Our spacious light, air conditioned villa is located in a quiet area of Port Charlotte, but close to all that Port Charlotte has to offer. Our home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large master bedroom has a king sized bed with sliders onto the pool deck, a large walk in closet and spacious en-suite bathroom with twin sinks and shower cubicle.The home has a formal lounge, dining room with sliders onto the pool deck, a well equipped kitchen that overlooks a family television room. Two further bedrooms (one double, one twin) share the second bathroom. The home has a utility room with a washer and tumble drier. There is a small study area and a large double garage. The home has free wifi internet access, a large flat screen HD television in the family room, master bedroom also has a smaller HD television.
Screened lanai with pool is well furnished with pool furniture and sun loungers.
The home is convenient for all the local beaches, attractions, shopping, restaurants, recreational activities, golf courses, airports and has excellent access to the I75 and US41
Electric pool heat is optional at an additional charge ($25.00 per week)
As the water to the house is from a well, we recommend guests use bottled water for drinking.

Great Place to Stay

Lovely and comfortable, feels like home from home. Nice and clean and well equipped in a quiet area. Lots of places to visit locally. Ollies pond nearby is great for a walk and bird watching. Our favourite places are Englewood beaches, Boca Grande, Fishermans Village in Punta Gorda and Venice to name a few. We would love to stay again in the future.

Christmas vacation

This was our second stay in this house. We were able to stay for a few weeks and had everything we needed. We love the location and it's still very private, even with the new house nearby. The beds were really comfortable and having the heated pool was amazing. Thanks for sharing your house with us again!

Paradise!

Excellent location! Very private. Stayed for 10 days over the holidays to unwind. Great neighborhood for long walks, runs or biking. Has everything you need just a short drive away. Heated pool was an added perk. Would’ve rated 5 stars across the board but house could use a deep cleaning. Plan on returning in 2026 for a longer stay if it is available.

Everything about it was great, look forward to staying here next year at the same approximate time. Only small negative was the tub in the master suite, wife loves a tub, but can be overlooked. Pics on website did not do it justice!

Very Nice Home

The house was exceptional. The best two features were a garage and a pool. The garage was wonderful for unloading and loading up to leave. The pool needs some refurbishing, but it is so nice for relaxing. The location was close to the Tamiami Trail which is a main business drive. We visited two beaches also close by, Englewood Beach, and Charlotte Harbor Beach.

Excellent Home!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. The house was spotless and well equipped. The pool was wonderful. We did take bottled water as recommended, as the well water was sulfurous. It's distinct at first but you get to where it's only noticeable when you first turn on the water. And this is no fault of the owners, just a condition of the location. We were totally satisfied with the home and would stay there again if the opportunity arises. Thank you, Craig!

Great location and comfortable

My wife and I found this home to be a good fit for us. The home was clean and comfortable. The unique location made it feel like a secluded wooded location with limited surrounding homes, yet it was within short traveling distance of many popular eateries and beaches as well as never ending shopping locations. A little over an hour to Venice beach, an hour and a half to Ft. Myers beach, and around 40 minutes to Fisherman’s Village (Depending on Rt. 41 traffic). The pool was a very nice addition especially for those kick back, do nothing times of the day. We enjoyed the lanai/pool area, which was private and tropical. The only drawback for us was the internet connection, which the owner tried to correct multiple times with little success. Since DSL is limited to begin with and the area was just getting over a storm, as well as the added housing construction in the area the internet connection was in and out very slow when connecting. So if your cell phone data is limited like ours, you may want to make other arrangements if you need high speed internet. That said, I would recommend this home for a couple or a family, especially with its split floor plan.

The overall property was nice. It was a bit dated a few things could have used some updates.

When we arrived we were able to enter as agreed. Once inside we found the house very warm. It was in the mid 90s! The thermostat was set on 78deg and a locked box was installed so we had no control over the temperature of the home the entire week! We roasted our butts off!! We also had no hot water as I discovered that the hot water had been turned off for some reason? I found the electrical box in garage to turn it on. The pool was not clean by any means. There was mold around the edge all the way around. We had to make our own bed as we found we were ready for bed no sheets were on our bed!! Our overall stay was ok but I was very disappointed with the standards of some of the things that were available to us. I guess I was expecting a bit more. Sorry

Great Relaxing Place

Just a great place in Port Charlotte. Plenty of room, and close to what Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda have to offer. The house is in a rural area, no neighbors and very quiet. But 7 minutes from the main thoroughfares . Beaches are within 15-20 minutes of driving. Nice pool and lanai, master bedroom very comfortable. We recommend it.

Very clean house

This property is very clean, kitchen has plenty of supplies, and the beds are comfortable. The only thing is the pool heater is on a timer so if you want to swim in the evening it’s too cold.

A perfect getaway!

Enjoyed our stay.

Craig's house was great. It was very clean and well kept. There was ample room for everyone and liked that the master bedroom was separate from the other two bedrooms. We were prepared and brought our own water based on other reviews. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was set up nicely. Could have used pans/pots that had matching lids. The only negative is the use of the gas grill. We were all set to grill our steaks and found out the both of the propane gas tanks were completely out of gas. It is obvious the people staying there before us did not refill the propane tanks for future tenants. We could not use the grill at all during our entire vacation.

Clean, Quiet and comfortable

We had a great stay in this home, it is clean, comfortable, and a very pleasant place to stay. The home is very nicely furnished and very adequately supplied with beach equipment. If we decide on a Boca Grande beach trip again next we will definitely look to book this home again

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful time! The house was lovely, had every convenience, so well maintained & large enough for 6 people without feeling crowded ( with only the 2 of us it was spacious). Very private setting yet close to shopping. The pool was a little smaller than we’ve found at other homes but still enjoyable & can get great exercise with enough sunshine thru the day for sunbathers. Tap water tasted somewhat salty so we just used bottled water for drinking & cooking so was no problem at all. Owner so helpful & very easy to communicate with. Hope we can use this place again for vacation!

Great VRBO home

Great place. We traveled up and down the gulf coast visiting many places. Home was clean and ready for us. Pool was a little cold so I recommend paying extra for heat. Very private area. Also purchase drinking water as tap water is salty. I hope to stay here again some day.
