We lucked out and found this late in the season, and wow - what a find. A simple, clean, and well appointed cottage with one of the best views of the bay, Provincetown, and SUNSETS. Walking to the private beach was easy and quick. (You need to be able to walk stairs to walk to the beach and there is a sizable staircase up to the front door of the house.) This is a perfect little getaway and we didn’t hesitate to book again for next year!

Location and proximity to the beach were really good. The view was fabulous. AC worked great. The living room and kitchen furniture needs to be replaced.

Very easy to work with DelMar. They stayed in contact and were always ahead of info you needed. They checked on us after the first night to see if everything was ok. I would highly recommend renting from them
