Thank you, Julia, for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about the number of issues you experienced during your stay. We understand how frustrating it must have been to encounter multiple maintenance and supply concerns, and this is not the standard we aim to provide. Your comments have been shared with our team so each item can be properly reviewed and addressed, including the appliances, plumbing, outdoor upkeep, and restocking of essential supplies. We’re also looking into improving our inspection process to ensure everything is in proper working order before guest arrival. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and apologize for the inconvenience caused.
