The clean amenities, well-appointed home, and great location made such a positive impression on my first visit that I was happy to return. The space is quiet, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained, and the host is consistently friendly and responsive. I especially appreciate the location. It is close enough for easy access to the center of town while still far enough away to feel peaceful and relaxing. I enjoyed my stay on a previous occasion as well as this recent stay, and I would gladly return again.

First time coming to Fredericksburg for a Girl's Trip and absolutely LOVED this Beautiful property..it was well stocked with every single thing you needed! Walkable or short Lyft ride to Main street. Thank you! Definitely look forward to staying again.

What a cute and comfortable house! We had everything we needed. It was only about eight blocks from the main drag. It was nicely decorated, had comfortable beds, and a nice TV. It had a Jacuzzi, but we didn’t try it. I would come back to this house!

Great place to stay

This house was exceptionally clean. Master suite very roomy . Host was as a great communicator . Really enjoyed our stay. Hot tub was wonderful. Loved that is was inside a screened in area .

I had an incredibly relaxing stay at The Hackberry. It had all the amenities I needed, and everything was clean and quiet. The location was also convenient to everything in town. Also, Joe, the host, was fantastic in terms of communication before, during, and after my stay, and there were no issues at any point.I would love to visit again!

The house was so cute and clean. The owners kept in communication the whole time. It was perfectly located and great for a girls trip. Highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hot tub was very nice. Clean and perfect temperature. The house was very nice, it was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy every meal. Have to mention the beds, they were incredibly comfortable!Joe was quick to respond to any messages we sent. I would highly recommend staying here, we will come back if in Fredricksburg again.

I would definitely give 4.5 stars if I could but the assortment of little items that keep me from giving it the full 5 stars.The good:Very clean!Easy to access Straightforward rules and processes Bigger than expectedGreat backyardThe not so good:Back bedroom stays pretty hot and doesn’t have a fanWiFi sin

Highly recommend Hackberry! House was just as pictured, living room is very spacious and comfortable. The master does not have a connecting bathroom but it's right outside the door in the hallway. Only connecting bathroom is in the room with the queen and the full. Twin bedroom is in the back of the house which was perfect for the tweens. Hot tub was clean, gas fire pit was lovely and easy to use. We needed batteries and Joe was super responsive and had someone drop them off within 30 min from calling. Great little spot in Fredericksburg and although a bit far to walk to Main street, it was very easy to find parking.
