Beautiful Views at Cocoa Beach

Small resort, on the beach, centrally located to all. Pool has plenty of tables, chairs, splash pad, tiki bar with drinks and food, live music or DJ some days. Resort is clean with lots of amenities such as children’s activity center, movie theatre, gym, mexican restaurant. Friendly staff, very accommodating. Resort has shopping carts for you to bring your groceries to your room. Room had everything you needed to stay for a week. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful resort!

We had an amazing stay. There are plenty of things to do at the resort. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. The pictures were accurate. We loved it and look forward to a return visit. 10/10 highly recommend

Great location

Condo was plenty of space for our family of 5. Beach access was easy. The resort was always clean. The front desk was always friendly. We didn’t use the pool, as we preferred the beach but it looked lively and fun. The gym could use an upgrade and more variety. No free weights and only one leg machine, but we improvised with what they had. There are two ice cream places within walking distance. Both had dairy free options but we really like the rockin retro by the Publix. 4th street filling station was delicious and if you have food allergies they had so many options and the menu was clearly marked. It was a great week!

Good location

Good location. The unit could use an upgrade. There was a musty smell throughout the unit especially in the two kitchen closets. The small bedroom window did not lock. If I had small children in the room, it would have been concerning. We had no issue with noise and the facility was very nice. Upon check in we were directed the concierge desk to receive a free gift. When I arrived at the desk, I was asked to sign up for a 90-minute discussion on buying a time share. I let the individual know I was not interested, and he proceeded to push the issue. I did not appreciate being put in that situation.

Thank you for your stay and your feedback We have advise the property management and maintenance team about your feedback regarding the unit. They do have a full time, on site maintenance staff to address any issue with the unit like the window or closet. A timeshare presentation is not a requirement of any of our stays and I am sorry to hear you felt pushed by whomever the onsite rep was when you were there. We will make sure the property knows it was not a good experience and they should not push if declined. I am sorry to hear you had that experience.
