This exquisite house, designed and decorated by a renowned architect to the owners' taste, stands on a spacious plot surrounded by indigenous woodland. The location, design and layout of the house were thought up and selected with the enjoyment of dream holidays in mind. It comprises a spacious living/dining room with fireplace and built-in kitchen. Large windows afford perfect sea views. There is a master suite with king size bed, dressing room and full bathroom, guest bedroom en-suite with 2 single beds put together with full bathroom and an additional small bedroom with a bunk bed suitable for children plus a separate powder/WC room. Completing this excellent property with fine decor, there is a infinity swimming pool with deck, sun terrace, parking for several vehicles and underfloor heating. Enjoy a relaxing vacation very near the beach and just 5 minutes from Jose Ignacio town. This house is perfect for 2 couples and possibly 2 children age 10+.

Why they chose this property
Owner lives abroad but comes every year twice to Uruguay and lives in the house for almost 3month and takes good care of it. Home has a very nice mid-century modern feel to it. Very good located in a quiet exclusive pocket area on the ocean side of the main road with sea views and just 100 meters from the beach and 5-10 minutes to Jose Ignacio town.
What makes this property unique
Nicely furnished. Ocean view, very near beach, quiet area. Close to Jose Ignacio and not to far either from Punta del Este.
