LOCATION: The Palm by Roami is conveniently located directly across the street from Fort Lauderdale’s pristine beaches. This newly renovated tropical paradise boasts a contemporary design and a resort style pool surrounded by palm trees. You will experience the best Fort Lauderdale has to offer from world class dining to fine shopping and entertaining nightlife, all within walking distance.

The Space:
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

BEDROOM: This property sleeps 4 guests in 2 beds and 2 guests on a sofa bed. This unit has a smart TV in the living room and the bedroom. See the bed count below.

BATHROOMS: Both bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

AMENITIES: This property has a communal laundry and a heated outdoor pool.

LAUNDRY INSTRUCTIONS:
The laundry room is not in the unit, it is located at the rear of the building on the opposite side of the parking garage. Laundry machines are now free and ready to use for our guests.

FREE PARKING: The parking area is located on the right and left sides in front of the building. Guests can park anywhere and we provide one parking space for each reservation.

TRASH DISPOSAL:
The dumpster is located on the front right side of the building.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Stair gates provided upon availability.

AREA: The approximate unit size is 900 square feet.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive use of the entire property.

Getting Around:
We recommend guests use Lyft and Uber.

Other Things to Note:
Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door code 24 hours before check-in. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders or contact us if you did not receive them by your day of check-in.

Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property.

Interaction with Guests:
We believe in personal space. Prior to your arrival, your unit will be professionally cleaned and your self guided check in process ensures easy arrival with no long lines. Should you need us, we're here 24/7 with our Guest Experience team and local folks on the ground. And if you don't need us, we'll stay out of your way. After all, this is your place in the city.

I would stay here again

Amazing

It was so cute, clean, the perfect location, we loved it! Our apartment had two bedrooms and full bathrooms in both rooms (perfect for 5 girls)! And the swimming pool was a great feature right outside the first floor rooms!

Nice complex with good location

Really enjoyed are stay there. Pool was nice but would of liked it heated. The lounging chairs were a bit low and hard for my husband to get in and out of, also could use more of them. It also would of been nice to eat outside maybe a table and chairs for that area. The units were clean as stated on site. Bathroom could use shelf over toilet for toiletries and the rooms could use more outlets for our electronics. But overall we enjoyed our time there. Easy process checking in and out. Thought the quiet time was a bit early 9 pm ? Would we go back yes!!!

Nice Place

Accommodations were very clean. Ample supplies of towels, toiletries. Salt, pepper, oil, coffee filters, cream, sugar, teas. Beds comfortable. Convenient location. Place is older, but redone with pleasant decor. Place did have a musty smell. This is run by an automated hotel. Check in is automated and code scheduled to allow entry exactly at check in time. Digital interactive touch screen in room. If your review upon arrival is less than 5 stars, you will be contacted to offer assistance.
