About this property

7 night minimum. This newly furnished condo has all the comforts of home and more. The double wide balcony offers a view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room as well as the master bedroom. There are flat screen TV's in the living room and both bedrooms as well as free WiFi. Enjoy the newly installed walk-in shower and bathrooms with rich granite tops. The nicely decorated kitchen is equipped with everything you will need. All linens and towels are provided. Enjoy the heated beachside pool as well as grills for memorable bbqs. Cross the street for all there is to do at the 'Famous Johns Pass Village Boardwalk'.

As a guest of Johns Pass Condos, you will have access to our office services such as printing, faxing, or sending mail. Our friendly staff will do their best to accommodate any requests or concerns you may have during your vacation getaway. Please come and enjoy the beautiful beach and soothing warm breezes as well as the local attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants and fishing charters directly across the street from our condos.

Condo was not clean and we received no response from rental agency after calling and e-mailing

My husband and I arrived to a dirty condo and spent the first 3 hrs of our vacation cleaning and washing the bedding. I tried emailing the rental agency and calling them all week and they never even bothered to respond. You ours think they would at least apoligize, but they couldn’t even do that. Today I was hung up on after being told I need to call Monday. I’ve been renting in this area and through VRBO for years and I have never been treated so rudely by a host.

Family friendly and comfy!

Great location. Got to check in early which was fabulous. Not enough bath towels on site. No laundry detergent left but we had brought our own. The air filter was filthy so we ended up replacing it while we were there. Loved the kitchen and all of the storage/hooks. Comfy sofas and beds. Would recommend black out drapes to keep out the sun and more blankets for lounging. Would definitely stay again!

Great unit and great location.

This is a great place. Check in with the codes was a little confusing at first. The condo is very clean and nicely updated. We would definitely stay here again.
