Great location...right next to everything at Shanty Creek. Also nice and close to Bellaire and other must-see places. Mike and Terissa were terrific hosts, although with the condo so well appointed, we really had no need to have to contact them. I'd highly recommend this as a place to stay in the area and I'll most definitely be booking through these two in the future.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation! It was just as described. Check in was smooth and the condo was clean. The location was perfect. Having the tennis courts in our backyard was very convenient. We were able to walk to the main hotel for coffee, the pools and the playground. Just be mindful of cars, they like to zip around on the windy road. Having the passes for the pools and the private beach made this condo so worth it! We had everything we needed while here. We made dinner every night in the condo except one and had everything we needed to do so.

Perfect ski weekend

This place is a great location for a ski weekend. There is plenty of room to spread out and relax after a long day of skiing. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make a meal, and there’s plenty of space to dine at the table.

Great place for skiing family

So so so nice. Owners are very thoughtful with what is provided in this condo. They go above and beyond to make you comfortable but even had provided some things we forgot to pack. Very clean. Skiing was cold and the fire with provided wood was great to relax to at night. Pool very close as well, kids had a blast. Stay again in a heartbeat!

Great Family Condo

My family loved our recent three night stay at Courtside condo. The accommodations were exactly as promised. We especially loved the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and coziness of the fireplace. The complimentary wood for the fire was very much appreciated as was the fully stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, glasses and cooking materials. The coffee bar was the best I have ever seen and now I want to replicate it in my own home. The communication we received from management was excellent. I have nothing but rave reviews for Courtside Condo at Summit and would gladly stay here again on our next visit. Hoping to try out the summer season next time.

The condo was super clean and cozy. Being within walking distance to the hotel was perfect for the wedding we were attending. It was just a short walk up the boardwalk and across the road.

Lake Michigan fun!

We selected this property because of its great location for golf, exploring and fun on beautiful lakes (Bellaire, Torch Lake & Lake Michigan), hiking and great shoping! The condo was beautiful inside with a great view of the golf course and access to the resorts pools, lake and restaurants.

Cozy condo in great location

We had a terrific time at this well equipped condo, sitting by the fire at night and playing games from the reasonably well supplied stash we found upon arrival. There is a cute coffee bar and the king sized bed in the master suite was amazingly comfortable. You can walk across the street to the Lakeview hotel to use the pool and hot tub and also enjoy the cafe that serves Starbucks drinks and delicious baked goods. Great place to stay with lots of excellent hiking and skiing nearby.

Quiet Clean Spacious & Relaxing

The condo was very comfortable and spacious. Clean all around. Beds were comfortable and condo backs up to a Tee so very quiet. Nice outdoor pool with view of the lake in the distance. Would recommend and would stay again!
