Whether you need a change of scenery to work from home, or want to unplug and reconnect with friends and nature or make new family memories, this condo is the place for you!

This entertainer's paradise is a 1100 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sitting on the first hole of the Schuss Golf course with a gorgeous view of the mountain from your back deck. Open concept floor plan, brand new flooring, appliances , Quartz counter tops and all the modern amenities you could need without sacrificing the cabin aesthetic. 

After a day on the slopes, Enjoy a glass of wine or a hot cocoa next to the wood burning fireplace (wood included!) and take advantage of the walkability to the ski slopes, Nordic center, and golf clubhouse. Shuttle into Bellaire for dining, drinks, and shopping. Perfect location!

The city of Bellaire is a short 6 mile drive where you can find dining, Shorts micro brewery with their delicious unique sandwiches, soup and pizza, antique shops, a movie theater, coffee shop and restaurants. Bellaire Bar has a good variety menu from dinners to burgers at reasonable prices.

This resort can serve as a hub for Torch lake, Traverse City, Petoskey and Elk Rapids. You are only a short drive to some beautiful lakes and rivers. Riverside marina rents boats, which would be a great way to explore the chain of lakes.

Traverse City and Petoskey are appx. 35 minutes away, and Boyne Mountain and Avalanche Bay appx. 20 miles away. You are just 10 minutes from a public boat launch for TORCH LAKE. There is also a public boat launch at LAKE BELLAIRE which is part of the 'chain of Lakes'

Paddles and Pedals shop in Bellaire will deliver bikes, canoes, or kayaks to the condo or wherever you would like to use them.

TURTLE CREEK CASINO only 26 miles away!

You can't beat staying in Schuss Mountain Village. For us, cleanliness matters most and this condo was super clean, also was very comfy and fully stocked. Communication with owners is easy and they are very quick to respond. Would definitely stay again.

CK Schuss Mountain Condo Rentals LLC has grown from one condo to now 16 condos in Schuss Village near Bellaire Michigan. Our area has something to do year around. Winter, skiing both downhill and cross country, dog sledding, tubing. Summer has endless fun things to do. Golf, boating, biking, hiking, shopping, wine tasting, canoeing and kayaking. A major attraction is Shorts Brewery in Bellaire. The quaint town of Bellaire is 6miles away. 15 minutes away you can spend the day on Torch Lake and stop at the Dockside restaurant for dinner.

Why they chose this property

The cross country ski trail is literally out the back door. You will be a short walk to the slopes, the club house, pool, hot tub and Ivan's restaurant. We have an outdoor heated association pool. This is the only association in Schuss Village that offers a private pool. You will also have a pool pass to go to the indoor pools and hottubs. This condo is an upper level with vaulted ceilings making it feel larger and more open. No noisy guests above you.
