Amazing stay

The best place that has everything. Spacious and everything has been thought of, such as pots and pans. So close to the beach, shops and main road.

Neat little cottage

Overall place is really cosy. Kids loved the bunk bed. Kids friendly place and is very close to the beach, shops and playground. Great get away for the family.

A great location!

The location was fantastic, just a short walk (<10 minutes) to the beach, which made it easy for us to come and go. We could also safely leave our doggies in the backyard as it was fenced securely.

Weekend away

A lovely weekend away, nice spot for a family trip. Comfortable and spacious house with everything that is needed. Easy access to beach and shops. Very generous check in and out times which was appreciated. Would recommend.

Perfect small house for a getaway

The house was exactly as advertised and was clean on arrival. Leigh was a fantastic host and was easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely look to booking this property again in the future.

Cute little house

Communication with property owner was fantastic! The house was very sweet, nice and small, easy to heat, had all the facilities we needed. Carpets were a little old but given pets are welcome, it was perfect. We enjoyed our stay!

Gorgeous little house. Looks like it’s just been renovated . Loved the outdoor decking area.. Netflix was great but internet was slow. Great location. Definitely recommend

Family friendly

This place was neat and comfortable with all the little things that make a world of difference such as good water pressure in the shower after a long day at the beach, kitchen and laundry amenities, a generous outdoor entertaining space, comfortable mattresses and great air conditioning. Leigh was very accomodating and we would definitely stay again.

Weekend getaway

We had a wedding in redhill and booked this property last minute as our original accomodation fell through. Leigh was very prompt in responding and was very accommodating to our plans. We really appreciated his help! The house was lovely and exactly what we needed!

Perfect Pet Friendly Accommodation

Property was exactly as expected. My family and I spent 3 nights there with the outlaws and our dog. It was a miserable wet weekend and we all had a great time in this place. The location was fantastic, only a couple of minutes drive to pier and shopping centre that had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and all communication with the property owner was so easy! Price was fantastic and we would highly recommend to anyone.

A small comfy house

Leigh was very accommodating and easy to communicate. The house is small but very cosy. It is well fenced so no issue leaving the dog out. Great for family with little fur baby. We had to wash the dishes though as there is no dishwasher, first world problem.

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay at Rosebud and the property was in an ideal location. I got around the gruelling process of opening the front door for the first time using the app. Very happy with the cleanliness and how organised the house was. The property is not large but it is very cosy and welcoming. Our dog was happy too with plenty of room inside and outside. Thank you Leigh for keeping me up to date with the property prior to us arriving and for being generous when needed.

The house was the perfect size for 9 people. We enjoyed the hospitality, it had everything we needed. However, one thing I would suggest for improvement would the the fold out sofa as it was very uncomfortable and didn’t lie flat, making it very awkward to sleep on. Additionally, some more mirrors around the house would be useful.

Great little space with everything you could need

Lovely, neat, and clean courage, that's super cosy but still with enough space to stretch out. Kitchen has everything for simple cooking; pots and pans, plenty of crockery, some pantry staples... We went in winter, so the extra blankets Leigh provided for us were perfect! Keyless entry was a nice touch, no effort or fiddling with lock boxes. Entry app takes a little getting used to but means it's no effort to come and go and there are no keys to forget. Leigh was super responsive and accommodating. Well definitely stay again!
