The Space:

After a day in the alpine air, you come back to vaulted ceilings, the steady warmth of the gas fireplace, and a quiet soak in the hot tub while the valley hums below. Evenings are made for slow dinners, movie time in the media room, and sinking into cozy downtime as snow conditions set the rhythm of the season.
Living spaces
Perched above Whistler Village in the Northern Lights neighborhood, this entire townhouse balances a peaceful setting with quick access to the action. Inside, the main living area is bright and open with vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, and a two-way gas fireplace that anchors the space on cool nights. A wet bar with a wine fridge makes it easy to gather, and the dining area seats eight for shared meals. When it’s time to unwind, you have both a media room and a TV room - each set up with a soundbar for relaxed movie nights.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home, with stainless steel appliances and the essentials you need for simple breakfasts before the mountain or hearty dinners after. The dining table offers a comfortable place to linger over meals and plan the next day’s route.
Sleeping arrangements
The upper level primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed bathtub, overhead shower, and double vanity. A second bedroom offers a queen bed and closet, along with an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower and single vanity. The third bedroom on the main level includes two tri-bunk beds. A third full bathroom with a shower is also on this level, while a powder room and the in-unit washer and dryer are located downstairs.
Outdoor living
Step onto the patio or balcony for crisp mountain air, then ease into the hot tub to warm up after the slopes. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill make the space inviting between adventures.
Ski access and getting around
Ski-in/out is available via trail on a seasonal basis, with access via the Lower Olympic ski run - note that reaching it requires going up or down more than 100 stairs. Many guests choose the quick 2-minute drive or taxi to the gondolas near the Westin Resort & Spa for a more direct start to the day.
Convenience and arrival
You’ll have a private entrance, free parking garage on premises, and self check-in via smart lock. High-speed wifi and a dedicated workspace are available for remote work. Home safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher.
- Guests can reach Whistler Village and the gondolas in about two minutes by car or taxi.
- Seasonal ski access is available via an intermediate trail off the Lower Olympic Run.
- The ski-in route does not lead directly into the neighbourhood; the trail ends at roughly 100 stairs that guests must descend to reach Northern Lights.
- Ski-out requires guests to climb the same stairs and return via the trail to reconnect with the Lower Olympic Run.
- Ski access is seasonal, typically open late December through March, depending on snow conditions.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Northern Lights is perched just above Whistler Village, offering a quiet and scenic setting with sweeping views of the valley and surrounding peaks. Guests enjoy a short walk to the village and the Valley Trail, as well as access to an intermediate-level ski-in/ski-out trail from Whistler Mountain. The location blends alpine seclusion with unbeatable proximity to dining, shopping, and lifts, making it ideal for those seeking both tranquility and convenience.

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
