NOTICE TO GUEST STAYING IN MAY 2026: The swimming pool will be undergoing a resurfacing project starting May 4, 2026 and will be closed for approximately 4 weeks.

The Madeira Norte complex, located in the heart of Madeira Beach and literally across the street from the vibrant restaurants, shops, and activities of Johns Pass Village, provides you and your family with the perfect location for your Florida beach vacation.



This modern and updated two bedroom unit gives plenty of space for all, with comfort and convenience throughout the property. Your private, extra large balcony, is wonderful for relaxing, reading, dining, as well as morning coffee or evening cocktails. As we are located on the south side of the building, we don't get a full view of the beach, but you'll enjoy the peace and quiet, and a partial view of the water towards the west.



Includes a heated beachfront pool, large beachfront patio area and BBQ area.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very comfortable, clean, secure and well equipped. The location is amazing - a nice pool, the ocean is gorgeous and very close to the condo. And we loved John's Pass which has lots of fun shops and restaurants on the wharf. Will definitely come again!!

Loved Madeira Beach! Lots to do very family oriented beach town. The condo was great! Clean and equipped with everything you need. Great location I mean right across the street from John’s Pass lots of shops and restaurants…ITrip was always very responsive and gave clear and accurate instructions. Great location, walk across the street to Johns Pass Boardwalk or over the bridge to Treasure Island. The complex is beachfront, the unit is not. Peek a boo view from the balcony thru the palm trees. Galley kitchen was a little bit of a challenge, but the unit is updated and well maintained. I would rent again, very good rate. We shared with another couple. Very secure complex.

The location was excellent. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and activities.

The elevators are very slow and old and both staircases had a unpleasant odor. The furniture and decorations in the unit we stayed in looked outdated and a little dingy. The master bath needs updating and the grout in the tile floors need a good cleaning. The building it's self looked nice from the outside and the parking lot was good.

Quick Florida get away

We loved the condo and easy access to beach and pool area. Loved the on site in condo laundry, that made it so easy with a 1 yr old and 5 yr old! Just didn't like above neighbors running/stomping/dragging chairs across floors 9pm till 1 am. Email was sent to agency booked through with no response.

A bit much unlocking the elevator, stairwell, in/out of pool and beach access.Going to the beach should not have a locked gate and coming out of the pool shouldn’t have a locked gate. The unit needs updated/decorated in a more pleasing and uniform decor. It needs brightened up and painted. The area rug needs replaced. A nice pool area located directly oceanfront. Directly across from John’s Pass. Can’t beat the beach!

Fun in the sun.

Nice place, great location, nice price. Not extremely clean but fine for us. Just would like for carpet to be vacuumed. I do yoga every am. Laid down a towel. We would like to have swept up more sand. No dust pan. But we really like the place and may rent for next year soon. We rent Vrbo a few times a year around the country. There is usually start up coffee and a few spices/condiments. Most places we have been have a few items. But if may be your policy to always throw everything away. All in all we do recommend. Nice condo. Great location. Nice amenities.

Location: perfect. Communication: responses were very prompt. Decor: dated but location made up for it(living room carpet needs replacing). Kitchen: well stocked and washer/dryer were great. Loved having a Kuerig and a coffee pot. Access: it was our only issue as had 5 adults(2 were 70+) and 1 set of keys which became an issue when they started work on 1 of the elevators. The condo door lock was a code so once up the stairs everyone could get in but if we weren’t together we had to wait for someone to open the stairs door. If we had the code or the fob to the back elevator it wouldn’t have been an issue. Great holiday nonetheless.
